Good Points: Very comfortable; provide excellent traction and foot support; great durability; quality material.
Bad Points: Cleats can get stuck if you don't regularly change them
General comments: I'm reviewing a pair of Nike Air Zoom Mark Low SG boots. These boots are simply amazing. I play in the scrum and used to own a pair of Mizuno's Timaru with hard toes and high ankles. Although I like them very much, I needed a pair of boots that provided me more flexibility and speed when I moved from the front row to the back row. This pair of Nike boots delivered it without compromising power or traction. I bought my first pair back in 2001 and since then I only buy these. Unlike the previous reviewer, I had no problems whatsoever with blisters or breaking in. They were ready for the field straight from the box. The downside though is that I find it impossible unscrewing the cleats if I don't touch them for a long period of normal usage (two months or more). They get stuck on the sole and it is very hard loosening them without damaging the cleat or the sole. For this reason only, it requires constant maintenance. Otherwise, an all-round winner.

Nike Air Zoom Low is an excellent pair of boots. They fit well and provide excellent performance for the more super aggressive player. Excellent support, very light, great grip. I would recommend these for anyone who wants an all round rugby boot for any position, but especially for those who like to power through the defence. In conclusion the Zoom Low are an OK replacement but I will always prefer the Nike Air Zoom Mid.
