I've ordered a car from them and I've been told I won't get the V5 for 90 days - this'll cost a bit more to insure til I get the V5 as not all insurers will cover you if you're not the registered keeper.

This was put right at a local body repair shop, however with my time being taken up. The biggest problem however is that registration document from the DVLA , which arrived this week, 7 months after delivery states that I became the second owner on 28th March 2011 not in September 2010 when I took delivery.

The whole point is that you are the second registered keeper hence the big discount that you receive. You should have been made aware of this as I was. Each car manufacturer has a different length in which they require the V5 to be kept by AUF.

I stumbled across New Car Discount while looking to replace my car. Very soon I was in contact with Paul Clark, who assisted with the part exchange. During our conversation he told me that his company did not hassle potential buyers, merely allowed them to come to their decision without being bombarded with calls and emails etc. I was understandably skeptical at first, having had plenty of experience of the stereotypical "used car salesman". Well, Paul did exactly as he promised. My dealings with him and New Car Discount were friendly, helpful, professional and transparently honest. Not only did I get a very good offer for my car, the vehicle I bought was in exemplary condition inside and out. I would recommend this company without question and will certainly return there when I need to replace my car again.
