confirmed with the bank many times that as i had a token i could make payments of up to thirty thousand pounds in a transaction.on tesday i tried to pay a deposit for a new kitchen installation. would not go through. got a message to phone bank.had to wait for ages for a reply. was told that i never make large transactions so payment stopped by them.after answering loads of questions the payment was authorised. I told her that i would be making a lot of larger payments and they better go through or i wont be nice next time. i also reminded them that the money is mine not theirs.

The only problem I Have is getting into the system, it is very slow at times , once I am in it sems to be fine.I have no other difficulies with transfers etc.

Not too much trouble using it but when systems are slow, the time allowed to access runs out and I have to start again!
I don't like the limit [£2000?] on internet transfers.

I've been using it for a few years now. Yes the log-in is a bit more complex now, but that, I like to think, is for our safety.
Regularly transfer between family accounts & keep an eye on transactions.
Sometimes a bit slow. Direct debits out but no record on the account over the weekend till Monday or after P/H.

Real reason to leave a review is I had trouble accessing the web page kept telling me this page could not be found I tried for a couple of days then called the call centre where I was met by someone who seemed to know exactly what she was talking about for some reason aol has updated the server and it won't allow this page to be shown which is not Clydesdale Banks fault, but all you have to do is log on through Internet Explorer or Firefox whichever you have, I did it as she was talking and had no problem whatsoever! Hope this helps anyone else who is having the same problems!

I have been with this bank for 35 years now and although we moved to England 26 years ago we never felt the need to change. The site is easy to use but when you can not get near it Frustation or what sets in. This last couple of years the staff on a phone call have become useless. Please fix the darn thing and drop some of these what appear no trained kids off the help desk.
