Online banking is supposed to make things simple. The interface at First Trust is terrible and confusing. Logging in is even a problem with ridiculous sequences of entering your passcode and telephone numbers. Trying to simply set up payment of a bill is almost impossible...first a code card is sent in the post, then reference numbers for the bill is required and codecard is changed frequently. Security is overkill, with all sorts of stages where a code is required. It would take less hassle... (read more)

The First Trust Internet Banking great system it is now so easy to keep an eye on what is happening with my money or lack of money as it may be. (read more)
