    They were great and very available. It really depends on your mortgage consultant I guess, but the process was easy and correct. I looked at all the major ones and they did not compare.

    What I didn't like is that there really isn't many local branches to walk into in my area, but the online works fine.

    Their servicing is terrible in my opinion. They told me that they service thier loans, when in reality they give you no assistance once your loan is closed. They helped me then left me to fend for myself. Very unfortunate when they are dealing with seniors. Their rates are high as well as their servicing fees. I nearly always got the run around when ever I had a problem and needed assistance. Stay away. There are too many other good companies that will help you than dealing with a big corporate ...
