    Good Points: Very helpful, and do not do the high pressure mortgage push on you (especially with their insurances)!


    Bad Points: It took some time to do the paperwork, but then don't they all?!


    General comments: I took out a re-mortgage with the Yorkshire Building Society. I did a 10 year fixed rate mortgage.
    This being the 4th mortgage company I have been with, and they are by far the best one I have used, proving that they are not all much of a much-ness!

    They helped me weigh up the best options available for us, and the deal that was on offer really was great!

    They give you the facts, and then they let you make your decision in your own time.

    They don't offer gimmicks, just honest advice.
