    Good Points: Nice looking, easy to use.


    Bad Points: Keep breaking.


    General comments: The Tefal 69204011P Elegance is a nice water jug only so I won't be buying another. First one failed within 6month, given another when returned, the next one failed 8months later.

    My Tefal 69204011P Elegance kettle stopped working, along with the toaster after 1 year.

    Tefal 69204011P Elegance: I would like to know more about the product reliability. If I could be sure that it would last longer then I would buy another.
