Redseven sorted everything! we had booked hotels for the bank holiday weekend, and realised we had no activities or night life planned. They managed to get us in to the rage buggy, blind driving, archery and clay pigeon shooting, all were great, especially the rage buggies. The activities staff were friendly and put up with the standard "stag" banter. Would recommend to anyone. Myself and 15 hens went to Marbella for a hen party and had an amazing time! We organised everything through RedSeven and they were brilliant – our driver was waiting on us at the airport to take us straight to our apartments and the bus arrived early to collect us to go home so no worrying about missing flights – even though we wouldn’t have minded much if we’d have missed our flight home!! Once I came accross the website I liked how easy it was to view all of the packages. I was impressed with how quickly an agent rings you to discuss your interest but what I would remind agents is that the phonecall is designed to be descriptive, not heavily sales orientated. My only other concern, was that I was only given 24 hours to contact everyone in the group and check they were happy with the package/price, and given the nature of stag/hen groups where you have drop-outs etc you need... Red7 I have to thank you for an incredable weekend, against all odd's (snow)we arrived in Bristol (18.01.13)to a very nice Hotel and enjoyed an evening on the town. I haven't been on this yet but I am very suprised at this company considering they are ABTA registered. Paid for insurance and was sent the documents with no policy number. What a suprise you cant pay without a policy number. You commit to payment first before you get the small print. The group leader has been left to pay 500 quid for people dropping out. They charge cards days before the payment due dates or days after! Wont let anyone take anyone elses place even if its a uk destination. I... (read more)

Our terms and conditions cover all of our policies with regards to payment dates, insurance cover, changes to group sizes and so on, and these are explained to and agreed by the group leader at the time of booking, as well as provided to group members before confirming.

I've just looked through all of my emails and I wasn't sent the terms and conditions. Infact I've copied and pasted the email sent to me, without the log in details to hide my identity. This was the very first log in and payment. I think its ridiculous that it states on my booking when i have paid I am not allowed to discuss my own account with you. It also state on the ABTA website that you must give information about any photographic ID before the customer commits which you didn't give to me. If you gave this to the group leader, then why don't all the other people in the party receive a copy before they are signed up?

When I was asked to organise my sister’s hen weekend I was SOOO worried. But after speakin to the party consultant she mentioned a Essex hen do. Alice and me love a bit of TOWIE - so it was a lovely idea. We got to go to some of the places that the cast go and it was a realy funny weekend. Redseven even included fake tan in the package so we got propely glammed up. We had a nice hotel sorted by them and a fish pedicure too. Red7 provided a very efficient service, taking away a lot of the headache of organinsing a stag do. Their website allows for member of the group to pay individually and their recommendations for hotels / restaurants / activities are all along the lines you would expect for this type of trip. We had a fantastic weekend in Brighton, the greatest thing was that as the maid of honour and in charge of organising the weekend, all I really had to do was phone Red Seven tell them the package we wanted and they did everything else. It was a fantastic price and we got so much for our money more than if I had organised it myself. I've used Redseven twice before so it was no surprise that the whole experience with them was first class, from the easy booking and payment process to the hotel and activity, they make life so much easier so you can concentrate on the more important things like how much fancy dress is too much fancy dress. Nottingham is excellent, i would recommend jongleurs, the quad biking and Flirtz, jurys inn was excellent and well located and last night of freedom had everything perfect except transfers arranged with trent cars which something went wrong with somewhere but i am assured it's being sorted out.Tank driving is surprisingly easy but we did have fun at it.No need to prebook nightclubs as there are loads of them to choose from but it may be a help if its during peak season. Hello, when on your Ibiza holiday, did you need ID for everything you did with them? Like bus journies/excursions/club entries etc. E.g. everytime you did something did you have to use ID or do the tickets they give you suffice? Thinking of booking my stag through them as am getting married next year. When on abroad holidays before with friends a couple have lost their passports as they have used them for ID's. I'd rather be able to leave mine in a safe at a hotel. Have heard some mixed reviews about being tied in with T&C's, so if people can't come the main booker gets charged the difference? Any advice would be much appreciated, like to check things out properly before I book anything.

My comment keeps disappearing. Thinking of booking an abroad stag myself. Have read mixed reviews about being tied into T&C's and having to pay out for people who cancel before you go. Also have noted you get charged to reprint tickets and paperwork they send you. What's the deal when you do activities with them abroad. Do the tickets they give you suffice or do you have to take ID everywhere with you? Don't like the thought of carrying a passport with you out when abroad. Like to lock it up in a safe. Been away with friends in the past and he's lost his passport before teh flight home.... Not the one!

I booked my sister's hen party to Essex through Red seven and overall I was very happy with the service. However I think a way they could improve is by being able to email your party planner as at the moment you have to call their main number with any questions etc. Its very easy to book through Red seven and it takes all the hassle of chasing people for money out of the way. The thing that first attracted me to Redseven was that I could pay for the hen weekend in installments so it didn't feel as though I was spending lots of money at once and it was more affordable. It was my stag do at the Knowsley activity site, 16 of us at £100ph. I have to say the day was not at all as expected OR promised. When we first arrived. They told us paintballs were not included, when in our paperwork it says 100. Ive just got back from one of the best weekends away. My friend is getting married next year. We booked into the apartments which were one the best ive stayed at. The only small point was that a secruity desposit was required which I dont feel was made clear enough when I first booked the hen do. On the first night we only had nightclub entry booked. I booked my best friend's hen night in Blackpool through Red7 Hen & Stag Company recently.We booked a hotel for 1 night (a Saturday) and a 'Free Bar Pass' which gave us VIP-style access to 6 different bars/clubs. Although the stag do was a reasonable success there were a few problems throughout the trip that I felt shouldn't of happened. Firstly we were told our hotel had its its own swimming pool. Unfortunately this turned out to be a 6ft square pool which was too cold to enter as it was suppose to be used in conjunction with a sauna which you had to pay extra for. Our long weekend away was a great success. Our travel arrangements always ran smoothly and it was never an issue to get into the places we had arranged to go. The hotel our agent set us up in although being further away from Marbella than we would have liked was great. We booked the fully loaded package to Bournemouth through Red7 which included 2 nights in the Belvedere Hotel and activities on the Saturday day time. The package also included entry to a bar and nightclub. From start to finish everything was so well organised by Red 7. Speaking to Warren to discuss the groups requirements and giving us the different options of the activities and choice of hotel. A nightmare from the moment we booked. I did this for my 30th birthday party, I was going to book it myself but thought it would take the strain off to let a company do it for me enabling payments to be made in installments for everyone's ease. What a BALLS UP! Travelled all the way to Birmingham for the most shocking weekend away of my life - we were going to organise a do ourselves for this once in a lifetime (hopefully) ;) experience for our 'stag' but thought we'd be better off letting red7 deal with a package for us, bearing in mind it can sometimes be hard to get 15 lads into a club / bar and the package they offered meant we'd all get in with little / no hassle. Such a dissapointing experience. I am apalled by their customer service lack of support, and disregard to administration and clerical errors made to key parts of the information distributed that in the end has ruined the Stags and 14 others weekend whom all paid hundreds for this nightmare. We have basically paid money for nothing and for them to disregard our complaints, sums up their integrity to value custom and customer satisfaction. Grab our money and wash your hands of it if something goes wrong!!.

would just like to say how fantastic my hen weeekend was to newcastle all 14 of us had a great time all our entertainment was great and we didnt have any problems with anything in our package. the only thing that sort of let it down was how far away the hotel was from city center we had to wait nearly half hour for taxis each time! but the hotel was nice n modern n clean and friendly staff! so all in all was a great weekend. Redseven helped me organise my sisters hen do very easily and helpfully. Right from the start they gave us lots of ideas and options, knowing that we had a big group of 16 and it included lots of different ages. They helped us find a package that suited all of us with lots of fun and laughter in store. This holoiday was amazing, deffinatly recomend to a friend. a very good locaion - not to far away for Puerto Banus - the bech was lovely and food at Bora Bora was great. only thing i had a problem was we wasnt all sat next to each other on the plane out there - which aint that much of a problem - would have been easier tho. i love seeing san pedro - such a lovely lil town and sights to see. would most deffinalty go there again!! Would definetly recommend Redseven to friends, everything ran so smoothly. All the paper work had everything you needed to get to the correct place at the correct time! Hotel and the activities that were unknown to us until a few weeks before were some of the best! Stayed at the Express by Holiday Inn, Stockwell Street. Tallinn was a great place. We got there, explored a little and made it into one of the best weekends we've ever had. Therefore, I received no complaints and, in turn, cannot complain myself. But the stag kidnap itself was appalling - and it'c clear that Redseven are clueless to what actually goes on. Booked a stag do for 12 guys going to Marbella, found RedSeven and saw mixed reviews but went with it anyway and it all went really smoothly. Using the website made it all easy to organise payment from12 guys who are normally rubbish at that kind of thing!!
