Good Points: Delivered quickly. Product as described.
Bad Points: Quite a few bits missing or wrong items delivered.
General comments: We purchased a kitchen from Infinity Kitchens in January 08. Decided to fit it ourselves after reading poor story reviews on line.
Units and appliances arrived quickly and as described.
Quite a few phone calls to report missing or wrong units, but always dealt with a resolved quickly by a really nice girl at Infinity. But where are they now? Can't seem to find their web site any more?

Infinity are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. It seems everyone that works there is an area manager.
I understand that this company has gone into administration? Good luck to anyone trying to get their money back or get the goods or service they have paid for.

I bought the Richmond kitchen of Infinity Kitchens, the rep told me the doors were "Solid Oak". I subsequently found out they are in fact laminated. Lots of other problems. My Kitchen was started in March 07, still not completed! Now going after GE the finance company - I could go on but don't have the time today.

My advice: STAY AWAY from Infinity Kitchens - we met with one of their sales reps in February 2008, ordered a kitchen (lucky we decided to pay through their finance scheme). Sales rep said our kitchen would be "made to measure" but it arrived flat packed. Ordered & have been charged for a Neff integrated washing machine but have been supplied a Baumatic (which is a piece of junk) which they state we did not order but we know we did order the Neff as we have 4 children & need a good machine. Comp ...

Learned my lesson after using Infinity Kitchens, ALWAYS get three different quotes, and ONLY ever use a company / builder who has come personally reccommended to you. And then look the company up on google to check out their history.

Told me I still owe them money but the work would not commence until deposit payment was made. I've had bedroom done and it is still needing work to be carried out (this is from Feb)
Now they want to take legal action against me?

Steer well away from Infinity Kitchens! The biggest regret I have is paying for a very expensive kitchen from Infinity! They didn't deliver the right bits, the customer service was non existent. They never deal with your queries when you ring. The list could go on for ever.

Stay well away, had to constantly be on the phone, chasing missing items, trying to find out when they were coming, didn't always turn up. The plumber fitted washer wrong we had at least 4 floods, they fitted cheap fittings on plumbing work, dinted sink, had to wait for new one, had to pay for plumber because they fitted my washer wrong. They made a mess and didn't cover my new appliances when sanding tops.

Ordered a kitchen with Infinity Kitchens in March 2007, fitted April 2007. Still waiting for this to be completed as at April 2008 a whole 12 months later. Communication with them is poor they don't respond to letters, unnecessary stress is caused as you can imagine after 12 months on a kitchen which cost around £11000 and it's still not complete. Doors were too big for housing, too small for other housing, faulty fridge/freezer door due to poor fitting, badly fitted extractor hood (had 3 ...

Paid my deposit by cheque [stupid me!] and then received a letter this week stating Infinity Kitchens had gone into administration, so I have lost all my big deposit and no kitchen at all! Always pay a deposit by credit card then you are covered, I am now going to Wickes to get my kitchen.

Personally I wouldn't advise anybody to get an Infinity Kitchen.
I work as a Quantity Surveyor within the Construction Industry and if had been treated the same way as I have by Infinity Kitchens to date then I would have thrown them off site and not have paid them a penny.
We are now trying to get our kitchen completed by individual specialists and will be charging Infinity for these extra costs incurred as well as not paying them for the kitchen to date.
Don't go with Infinity unless you want ...

Following a professional and polished sales pitch it all went down hill. Fitter was completely unreliable and useless, bits were missing from the original order and it took 10 weeks to fit.
We were left with a bitter taste in our mouths on completion only compounded by the fact that they have apparently gone bust.

We had a letter this morning that Infinity Kitchens is now in receivership and any correspondence should be addressed to the administrators.I had Watkins in last week to finish the works from the installation last September for which they half did.Now I need to speak to GE Money as I have a kitchen 90% done and once again a garden full of rubbish.

We decided after Christmas that we wanted a new kitchen, I started to look aorund and found Infinity Kichens on the web. Before contacting them I had a look round locally at the normally kitchen retailers. I called Infinity receieved a prompt response and arranged a salesperson to come round. Together we discussed our needs and chose a kitchen. I was impressed with the variety even though not all to our taste, also the quality looked good, and backed with a 5 year guarantee. We spent time g ...

We decided to go with Infinity (Milton Keynes) as they said they were able to manage our kitchen project from conception to installation. They said that Infinity do not deal with the building work but they know a builder that they use who can do the work we need prior to installation. All was agreed along with a £3000 deposit. Then the builder hurt his hand to another one had to be found. That's when it all went quiet. We had been given an installation date of 13th March, that date w ...

We ended up cancelling with Infinity Kitchens and agreeing a settlement to allow a professional fitter in. Their fitter damaged our kitchen and made such a mess that it has taken 5 months to sort out.
They promised alot, but we received only a very poor service.

We have to say, we chose Infinity Kitchens, because of their 3 year interest free deal, but are delighted with the overall look of our dream kitchen. We had a few issues throughout, beginning with the designer - who had to make a second visit to re- measure, the surveyors report missed off a couple of important (to me) items, including undersink bin, and draining board grooves. Then the price originally quoted was increased - apparently due to our "bespoke wine rack" -an additional £1700 wa ...

We should have read the reviews before deciding on Infinity Kitchens.
After seven incorrect deliveries and SEVEN months from the time that our new kitchen was installed we are still waiting for the correct doors for two cupboards. We returned over £1000 worth of hardware incorrectly dispatched, including complete cupboard units and specialised internal fittings.

If your considering an Infinity kitchen then please read this first.I arranged for an Infinity sales person to pay a home visit to myself, who then detailed a cream shaker kitchen with a price tag of £4600 approx. I felt this was slighty beyond my budget, the sales person then explained to me that if i would prefer a white shaker kitchen the price could drop to £4200 approx. This again was not to my satisfaction. The sales person then said if i liked the kitchen, but not the price, t ...
