Good Points: Easy to use.
Specialist graduate job site.
Your personal details are kept safe (employers can see the important bits of your CV, but can't tell who you are until you reply to them), so there's no identity theft.
Recommenced by my university careers service.
Not cluttered with irrelevant adverts or agencies spamming non-existent jobs.
Loads of employers.
Free.

Bad Points: Can't upload your CV as a word document, but you can copy and paste, so it's fine really.

General comments: SuperGrads is a great job site. It's really helped me. I graduated from a good university with a good degree, but I hadn't had much luck finding a job on the usual sites, and I was fed up with agencies who advertise jobs that don't exist and waste your time. I was back visiting friends at uni the other day and decided to call in to the careers service who told me about the SuperGrads web site. You put your CV on there, and then employers look through to find the people they want to hire - it's a way of effectively applying for loads of jobs by completing only one application form.

Employers can see your CV, and things like your education and previous jobs, but they can't tell your personal details until you've approved them, so you don't get stalked or have your personal information stolen, like I've heard about on other sites. Two thumbs up!
