    Good Points: First pump driven espresso machine. SO much nicer than the steam units. Easy to learn how to use. Great product produced. Also, l love the generous sized water tank so that I don't have to re-fill the machine if I want to make more than two drinks.

    Bad Points: Would like a sturdier lid for the water tank.

    General comments: Bought this De'Longhi EC410 Caf Norma second hand, and thought, "Oh well, if it doesn't work I'm not out much." Cleaned it up, ran water through it, and made my first espresso. No going back now! Love it! Frother works wonderfully, the crema on the espresso is divine. No more stopping at a coffee shop for treats.
