    Good Points: The model I purchased was the Krups. I did not find any good points


    Bad Points: Unable to foam. Poor espresso


    General comments: I had better luck with a Krupps steam unit. Thought I'd upgrade to a pump unit. This one is not an upgrade and will be returned today.
