Good Points: Excellent value, terrific customer service.

Bad Points: None

General comments: Parcels 4 Delivery is an excellent, cost effective way for the little guy to get access to couriers like DHL at low prices. I have never had any problems with this P4D themselves. The courier (DHL) did fail to collect on a consignment, but one email to P4D and they rearranged the collection for the next day. Easy to book on-line, they accept Paypal and offer one of the cheapest ways to move up to 30 kilos from one place to another!

Parcels 4 Delivery prices are quite cheap compared to most competitors, they respond to emails very quickly and their system was automated. I never had any problems with them, although I have stopped using them since I have found a company cheaper, not as reliable though!
If your delivery does not arrive on time, or picked up on time or lost, it is probably not their fault, but other companies involved.
All in all, they're very good.

We've sent over 400 parcels via Parcels 4 Delivery over the last few months and can't really complain about anything. Twice, I think, parcels were collected a day late, but staff at P4D responded very quickly to ensure an immediate collection next day. Most of what we send (to Europe & inland UK) goes, in fact, by DHL. Heavier European parcels go via DPD, and stuff for America or the Far East goes either by UPS, TNT or DPD. The service you get is exactly the same as an account cust ...

I used p4d.co.uk once in the past and the item was collected and delivered on time. The track and trace was useless but at least I got my parcel. I am now waiting for a '24 hour' delivery which hasn't turned up for several days now. I was expecting it yesterday, but it didn't show up. I have had no explanation for this and no idea when it will be arriving. I have contacted customer services many times now and have been told they are getting DHL to look into it. Parcels 4 Delivery hasn't delivered any service to me.
Three days later my parcel is still waiting for pick up.
CHEAP PRICES, ZERO SERVICE.

Follow up from my last review. Unfortunately it wasn't 3rd time lucky and I am now waiting for a refund. 10 days have passed from my booking and the parcel is still sitting in my hallway! I would NEVER use this company again and strongly advise you do not take the chance.

This is the first time I have used a courier company and I've decided that next time it would be less stressful to drive the thing there myself. Twice now I have booked a collection and twice nobody has been. P4D answer is that they don't know a parcel hasn't been collected until a customer complains. So no tracking then or customer care?? Rebooked a third time now, so let's hope third time lucky! Would never use again.

I feel very let down by this company and won't use them again. Unlike other parcel companies I've used, I was never informed that my parcel had been picked up, was in transit or when it was likely to be delivered. Their so called tracking system is useless and stands for nothing in the event something goes wrong. When my parcel went missing I contacted P4D and was fobbed off with an email which contained:

"we can only advise yourself as & when we are advised by the carrier of any further info ...

I have used Parcels 4 Delivery many times in the past year, and they have never let me down. Far from it! They have proven that it is possible to provide an excellent, cheap online courier booking service. They are 100% reliable in my experience - 23 successful collection and deliveries and counting.

Use Parcels 4 Delivery with confidence, as they offer a great service and excellent customer support!
