Good Points: Smooth transaction. They have lots of different products.
General comments: I read the reviews on here and elsewhere with trepidation because I wanted to get a yellow selkbag for my brother and couldn't find anywhere else with them in stock. So I ordered one from Lazyboneuk.com and it arrrived in good condition two days later. As far as I am concerned the transaction went very smoothly and I would use them again.

Lazybone is a very bad company to deal with. We ordered two items which we were unhappy with and knew we had the legal right to return them for a full refund. Lazybone's website says, contrary to direct selling regulations, that you MUST get a return authorisation code from them before you can return things. They would not answer or return our phone calls (answer machine) or emails.
We sent them an official looking letter by registered post which was replied to with "permission" to return the i ...

Upon ordering a birthday present for a friend I encountered the usual internet shopping experience. Confirmation of order email, confirmation of payment email (Site uses WORLDPAY), then... nothing. No dispatch, no goods no anything.
I sent them an email to which they claim they try to respond to within 1 hour... it's been 3 days now and still nothing. Direct phone number goes straight through to voicemail. No welcome to LazyBoneUK, just "you have reached voicemail".
I would not recoommend this ...

I was sent the wrong item, and lazybone are a complete disgrace of a company when it comes to customer service. My problem is still unresolved.

Despite giving Lazybone every opportunity to locate, deliver, replace or otherwise resolve my concern, only the implicit threat of legal action I got my money back - no personal contact, no apology - just 2 months of telephone messages (they only have an answer phone), e-mails and calls to trading standards!
I allowed time for Christmas post and New Year fallout - their care for me was not of the same standard. Mistakes can happen to anyone, but this poor customer care is unforgivable

On 27 November 2006 I ordered a Digibell Alarm Clock from a website called www.justclocks.co.uk. The next day, 28 November 2006, the £24.99 cost of the clock was taken out of my account and paid to what I understand to be the parent company of JustClocks, Lazyboneuk.com.
As time went on and I still hadn't taken delivery of the said clock, I began to worry. So, I sent an email asking for a status report. I left it a day ... two days ... three ... still no reply, so I emailed again, this ...

I ordered a Global Warming mug that shows sea levels rising when you put a hot drink in it from Lazybone (www.lazyboneuk.com). It arrived a couple of days later but it was chipped. Rang up the website to complain and the guy I spoke to was really helpful and sent another one out that day for me. Overall, funny products and decent customer service. Would use again.
