I have no problems with this site, the layout for the site is great and the preorder dates are mostly accurate although there are times when it has been pushed further forward but I don't believe they have much control over that. The navigation is very easy and the searching is good, finds things well.
One of the things that I really like about it is the cheap postage and the cheapness of the items, there are many offers to look out for even more so when you are looking to pre-order items, they ...- Read Guest's review (273 words)

Have ordered twice from Lazybone, and ok the 2nd order has not yet arrived (only ordered an hour ago) but the first arrived in 1-2 working days, I ordered on friday and it turned up on monday, so yes no complaints there, arrived quickly and packaged very well. If there was one complaint it was delivered by courier and it was lucky I was in at the time to sign for it.
Seen some bad reviews but most companies have reviews like this as people only tend to review when unhappy with a service. Thats ...- Read Guest's review (123 words)

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!
I ordered an VW bus usb-stick from Lazybone, paid for it by creditcard and got a ' shipped-mail' 2 days later. A week later nothing received, so I tried to check my account: guess what, I couldn't get in, my account had disappeared. Mail contact: nothing, phone contact: nothing. After 1,5 month I contacted my credit card company for returning my money. This is still in progress.- Read Guest's review (68 words)

I received a faulty set of headphones from lazyboneuk.com and managed to miraculously get a reply email telling me to return them, which I did several weeks ago. Since then, nothing, despite phonecalls to an answerphone and many emails. This company have my money and I do not have the goods. I have had NO contact from them regarding my refund whatsoever.- Read Guest's review (63 words)

Lazybone is a terrible company to deal with not worth a rating but worth making other future purchasers know. I bought a clock for my sons 21st, they sent the wrong clock, I have tried on numerous occassions to contact them to no avail, even tried phoning Richmond Importing where goods come from, got number from internet, they say that isn't them when you phone.
No rating not worth it- Read irenemurdoch's review (70 words)

This is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune to come across! Not only have the products I ordered failed to arrive, I have had absolutely no response from my numerous attempts to contact them about it. The telephone number on the website gets you though to an aswerphone which just says "please leave a message" without mentioning the company name at all. Lazybone do not reply and do not respond to email. Like the last poor fellow, I've contacted written to lazyboneuk to ask for my m ...- Read treehugger2's review (130 words)

I ordered a brand new product 3 weeks ago now and after numerous messages asking when it was shipped when will it get to me, all i've got is a few messages apologising and partially blaming parcel force.Lazybones customer service/delivery is shockingly bad, there is no direct number to customer services, the phone number for orders on the website hasn't been answered the times I've called. In short : AVOID.They may have a fairly large selection of products and have been featured on TV shows but t ...- Read lazyboners's review (112 words)

I bought a map which looks great called a future map for my wife to put in her office, its a work of art. Delivery was fairly quick, 2 days which is quite good. the magnetic strips were missing though so it could not be used or put on the wall. I called Lazybone numerous times but did not get a call back so i emailed, in the end i emailed twice to which i did get a reply. the strips arrived two days later so in all a very good experience as i suppose it was not their fault the strips were not in ...- Read stackabo's review (154 words)

Lazybone is fast becoming one of the most popular places to buy electronics online.
This is mainly down to the good prices on offer and delivery. Another main factor is that they offer a wide variety of things, edible insects, racing games and much more.
Within each category they stock there is a wide variety of each available.
One of my favourite things sbout lazybone is the website layout. It looks good and is easy to use.
Also, once you register and make a purchase your address and deli ...- Read stackabo's review (107 words and 1 comment)

this has a very quick delivery service and usually dispatches the product within 24 hrs of the buy.
I have never had any trouble with lazybone they are quick and very good.
There's a large range of items to buy, from books to gadgets.
The interface used in the lazybone site is very good and easy to use. Its reliable and never brakes down.
As for delivery, they are quick.
They have asked for you to allow a little extra time for Christmas deliveries but its still 2 to 7 days which is excel ...- Read machmacho's review (115 words)

I bought some stuff from Lazybone and it has been two weeks I've not recieved the stuff as yet. I'm trying to contact them by phone and am finding it quite difficult. And answers of email are unhelpful in my opinion.
I think the company has good product but in my opinion they should improve customer service. I would not refer this website for any future purchase.- Read GANATRA's review (67 words)

I placed an order with this website on the 24th of november and i'm still waiting for my goods. They took my money readily enough and the status of my order changed to 'partially shipped' (whatever that is!?!?) immediately but since then i have been unable to get any sort of response from them I've sent emails and i've rung the only number they have on their website (which is an order hotline) and left numerous messages, all to no avail. I am seriously annoyed with this company and i would re ...- Read Guest's review (106 words)

Late delivery from Lazybone initially - the site states 3-4 days and I waited over a week to receive an INCOMPLETE order, and the item I did receive was broken!Received NO delivery since then at all - since flagging up the incomplete order I have neither heard from Lazybone nor received any item I have paid for yet.BROKEN items - I had to pay again myself to return the only item I did receive, which looked badly packaged and smashed to bits. Since the return I've again heard nothing - another 2 ...- Read hannahb75's review (255 words)

I read the reviews on here and elsewhere with trepidation because I wanted to get a yellow selkbag for my brother and couldn't find anywhere else with them in stock. So I ordered one from Lazyboneuk.com and it arrrived in good condition two days later. As far as I am concerned the transaction went very smoothly and I would use them again.- Read tiny1472's review (71 words)

Lazybone is a very bad company to deal with. We ordered two items which we were unhappy with and knew we had the legal right to return them for a full refund. Lazybone's website says, contrary to direct selling regulations, that you MUST get a return authorisation code from them before you can return things. They would not answer or return our phone calls (answer machine) or emails.
We sent them an official looking letter by registered post which was replied to with "permission" to return the i ...- Read hisnameisrob's review (120 words)
