Good Points: Minimal problems and good download speed.
Bad Points: slow to upload and occasional conectivity pauses.
General comments: Overall a thumbs up and the best of the three ISP's I've tried.

The service has been reliable with very few outages and the speed seems quite acceptable (although I have not measured it). The only down side is there are no mailboxes included in the package. In short avoid like the plague. This service is OK if you only use the Internet for browsing the web and the occasional download. Used to be a good company... now sadly they are in the very bottom tier of service providers... no better than my previous provider Virgin ... and they were BAD!!!

There is a usage allowance included (starting at 2Gb), and if you use more than the allotted usage allowance, additional costs are billed to you at the end of the month - although there is a 'ceiling' for the amount you can be billed (ie. £22.74 with the lowest cost option), so that no matter how much you use - you know what the maximum amount will be.
I found Metronet to be very easy ...
