I love bebo, have been on it since 2005 and prefer it over facebook and myspace. People complaining about the spam obviously arnt very tech savy. You can get spam on any account anywhere, you even get 'junk mail' through your door! So its basically the same thing.

The site is easier to use than Faceook and MySpace and it isnt as annoying either. You dont get someone add a comment to your profile every 15 min's stating that they have sent you a bucket of water on farmville, a pease of... (read more)

When I first started using Bebo, it was my favourite social networking site. It was easy to use, easy to organise your profile page and easy to keep up with your friends.

Then the p*rn-bots appeared (censored because this site is strict, apparently).

These bots are profiles that automatically comment on other profiles with "Click on this to see hot videos of me ;)" or something to that effect. They aren't real people but programs designed for spamming. After a while, I gave up deleting all... (read more)

You can chat to friends and make new ones write blogs and send faces, I like it. College try stopping you from logging on and you have to verify your address. Its good just wish there where more sites that are as good. Well recommend Bebo.com. (read more)

Very good would recommend :) Very good social networking site and very good to keep in touch with your friends and all the applications, and you can have polls and blogs pictures and change the skins and the range of skins are really good. Well I like bebo it is a really good social site for people my age... but it is good for kid's because then they can have some fun talking too there friend's. There can be some arguments but they will normally get sorted out by reporting abuse on site and this can result in their space being deleted. I well recommend Bebo.com (read more)

Bebo is a good website if you know who the people messaging you etc. are. If you don't know them it could be anyone and should block them immediately in my opinion. The main problem is Virus transferring, were another user may end up transferring a virus through an email or a message or even just typing something on your webpage, this is a major and regular problem with bebo. I don't recommend Bebo. (read more)

I have seen violent videos on www.bebo.com, for example Naughty stuff (I am not allowed to use the "p" word)...

All the above content can be viewed by anyone without logging on.
My 11 year old registered simply by lying about her age.
The site is not safe and should not be allowed to continue without some serious security upgrades. It has already been used for "grooming" purposes which resulted in serious crimes being committed.
I am not an old fart, just concerned about my daughter. (read more)

I agree with this review because it has happened many of times and is true that people place naughty stuff and torture videos on bebo. I think the staff of bebo should clean the site up.

It is free and you can put your favourite music on there, photos of you and your friends, add school people, add bands of clubs, friends, music that you like, flash boxes, picture slide shows, leave comments, write in your blog and so much more! (read more)
