Good Points: Easy to use. It always comes out perfectly. Really proud of every bread.
Bad Points: Not enough recipes.
General comments: I will definitely recommend this Russell Hobbs 10882 Breadman Junior. It was worth every penny.

Being new to baking I never realised there's a difference between Dry Active Yeast and Instant Yeast. Although the recipes specify Dry Active Yeast I've been using Instant Yeast with absolutely no problems. Every loaf baked with my Russell Hobbs breadmaker have been perfect.

The Russell Hobbs 10882 Breadman Junior is very easy to use breadmaker with good variety of menus.

The recipes only use dry active yeast; none use instant yeast.
The Russell Hobbs 10882 Breadman Junior needs to have more flexibility on using other ingredients; eg. non-gluten flours and healthy products.
None of my bread has come out good since I started using the machine, so I have lost interest.

It would be better if there were more trouble shooting tips in the manual and if the Russell Hobbs 10882 Breadman Junior worked as well as it did the first couple of times it would definitely be a winner!
