Good Points: This machine was fine while it was working.

Bad Points: The smallest fault can't be fixed.

General comments: I had the Breville BR7L Fast Bake bread maker and it was fine for about 2 years, but just like the other reviewer it developed a fault after 2 years which made it switch off mid cycle which of course was a disaster, and as previously said once a small fault occurs it can't be fixed, if you buy one of these make sure you take out a cover plan!.

The dough is also good and I have baked wonderful soft rolls. The bread keeps well and is very good for toast after a few days when the freshness goes away. I will never go back to shop bread! I use half the recommended amount of salt in the recipes with no loss of results. Finally, the fruit loaf was very ...
