    Getzen 300 is very well made, the one I got I Believe is very old but is much much better than some of these new "low" Trumpet brands. If you are looking for Bb trumpet I highly suggest you look into this one. they cost money but they are definitely worth it!

    The Getzen 300 Series has a great sound but I don't like the type of spit valves. Overall, really a great instrument.

    This is an excellent quality horn, built to last, has excellent intonation, sound, projection, tone color/quality is rich and warm, and is easy to blow. Again, although it is marketed as a student horn, it is far more than comparable companies' student horn line. Other companies that give the Getzen a run for its money are 1) Kanstul (700), 2) Bach (TR-300), and 3) Yamaha's 2xxx trumpet. You also find used Olds Ambassadors, many of which were made by the company with Zigmant Kanstul himself work ...

    Great sound, super fast pistons. Great 1st horn. I've had mine for over 30 years and it still plays well!

    Great beginner horn. I got mine from a neighbor for a great deal. The valves are smooth and the horn is fairly easy to play. Overall, a pretty good student horn.
