Just to let you know I had a letter from the authorities in Coleraine requesting me to forward my current tax disc to them to enable the change to take place. I purchased two registrations from Cape Plates over Christmas, and they handled the whole process very well. The plastic plates were posted same day to me, and the transfer to my vehicles took about a week.

Can really fault them to be honest, I am looking for another now and have got them on the case.

I thought that transfering a new number plate to my car would be a lot of hassle with the DVLA, but Cape Plates dealt with all of the paperwork for me, and all completed in only one week! Now looking on their site for one for my husband now as he is jealous.

They also made the front and back plates for my car, and these arrived the next day in the post.

My advice, give them a call, and they will explain your best options.
