I think the service I recieved was shocking they tried taking payment before I received any paperwork I withheld payment as I will not pay for something that I don't know what I'm getting, I still recieved nothing to do with my policy and they took the next payment and the following day took the payment that I with held and I still didn't revieve anything they are so quick to take money but not to tell you what you are paying for… Read Full Review

REFERRAL FROM GP FOR SORE SHOULDER. CONTACTED HOL AND THEY WANTED MEDICAL RECORDS FROM DOCTOR. FILLED IN AUTHORITY TOOK IT TO DOCTORS WHO SAID THIS WAS NOT NORMAL INSURANCE CO PRACTICE AND THEY ARE AT IT. HE SAID HE WOULD WRITE THAT THIS WAS THE FIRST CONSULTATION RE SHOULDER SO NOT PRE-ESXISTING. SUPPLY OF MEDICAL RECORDS COST £50 WHICH DOCTOR IS LEGALLY ALLOWED TO CHARGE. I got a really quick appointment with a private doctor! Who was fantastic. He would have preformed a colonoscopy within 2 weeks! The main frustrating thing about starting a claim is that Health on lone want copies of medical records dating back several months which take 7-10 days to get back from my GP and is a hassle. I appreciate it is to check that the condition is not pre existing but in my sons case when he broke his tibia and fibula and needed some physio iy was obvious it was a new injury and seemed un necessary.
