spoke about initial urgent medical problem on 28th December 2016 still waiting for authorisation of claim on 21st feb 2017. has cost me lots of money as they requested doctors notes and copies of other reports which where not asked for at time of taking out policy. these requests were irrelevant to the claim and have cost me time ans unnecessary stress at a time when i needed medical help. the supposed customer service are no help at all at have expected me to do all the running around for… Read Full Review

I Had an issue with my account following a recent house move. Unfortunately, the renewal paperwork was sent to my old postal and email addresses as I had not informed health-on-Line that I had moved. Furthermore, the DD was taken from a bank account that I also needed to change. I only noticed the renewal had gone through when I saw the DD had left the account I wanted to change. “Unclear about whether AXA and not stick to incentives...”

As title. Unclear about how associated with AXA when sold. So when I called to change my address it was all very confusing. So are they just providing services which are underwritten by AXA or are they part of AXA? No idea. Also I signed up in Sept and was offered £200 in M&S vouchers. I received a good support right at the beginning of my application and when logging the claim. Thank you for that . The only downside for me was that I had no update on the progress of the claim. I had to call to find out whether documents were received by your team and claim processed. Also getting a cheque is inconvenient since every time I need to go to bank , on my opinion bank transfer would have been more sufficient , cost saving option for you ( paper , postage cost etc ) Thank you… Read Full Review
