“Good treatment for my son”

Used my insurance for the first time recently. My son needed treatment which lucky for us wasn't to serious. We had to wait what seemed like a lifetime to get his dr notes as we couldn't do anything without them which was very frustrating. Once we had them though the service was great the staff were friendly and easy to talk to and we were seen really quickly by a consultent and given blood tests and scans.pleased overall and my son is on the road to recovery. “Do not take out a policy with this company!”

I have held a policy that I have never had to use for over three years with Health-on-line. I seemed to be given good initial customer service with long telephone conversations about my health and any previous problems all of which I disclosed. I originally cancelled my policy because I was contacted (unsolicited) by another which offered a better cover. Health on line tried to match it but couldn't get near and cancelled the renewal for me without any fuss. In fact it was too good to be true and the new company stopped trading just before my renewal. Health on line renewed immediately without making me feel bad. Thank you. Having been with AXA PPP for over 30 years I changed to Health on Line a subsidiary with cheaper premiums. I have had two claims this year and my premium has increased from £544 per month to £700.96 per month. I advised that I would be looking elsewhere for cover then a member of staff quoted me a decrease of a monthly premium cost to around £215.00.
