I received a good support right at the beginning of my application and when logging the claim. Thank you for that . The only downside for me was that I had no update on the progress of the claim. I had to call to find out whether documents were received by your team and claim processed. Also getting a cheque is inconvenient since every time I need to go to bank , on my opinion bank transfer would have been more sufficient , cost saving option for you ( paper , postage cost etc ) Thank you… Read Full Review

Health On-Line got me a slightly improved package for almost half the price quoted by my existing provider. “Overbearing overly-restrictive and interrogation ”

This company is ridiculously overbearing, overly restrictive and un realistic. The EVIDENCE they demanded to prove a mere annual dental entitlement was beggars belief. “The poor relation of PPP”

I cancelled my policy with PPP after 20yrs plus simply because it was too expensive. After receiving a call from a rep from HOL who convinced me that it was a sister company of PPP and that the cover would be the same, if not slightly better than PPP but half the price, I foolishly signed up.
