I contacted the company through a website asserting to a lower price for Life Insurance cover. I was then contacted by an agent who I found to be compliant, direct without being rude or pushy friendly and informative. After listening to my background, he advised of a few Insurance companies eventually with the best cover for my requirements, AIG. REFERRAL FROM GP FOR SORE SHOULDER. CONTACTED HOL AND THEY WANTED MEDICAL RECORDS FROM DOCTOR. FILLED IN AUTHORITY TOOK IT TO DOCTORS WHO SAID THIS WAS NOT NORMAL INSURANCE CO PRACTICE AND THEY ARE AT IT. HE SAID HE WOULD WRITE THAT THIS WAS THE FIRST CONSULTATION RE SHOULDER SO NOT PRE-ESXISTING. SUPPLY OF MEDICAL RECORDS COST £50 WHICH DOCTOR IS LEGALLY ALLOWED TO CHARGE.
