    Good Points: The low overall cost provided you receive the cashbacks is great.

    Bad Points: Some "free" and "local rate / national rate" numbers aren't included in the inclusive minutes bundle. Watch out especially for: Premium rate numbers; 0871 numbers, charged at 35p/min; 07744 or 07755 numbers, charged at 25p/min; 0800, 0808, 0845, 0870, 0505, 0500, 0844, 060 numbers, charged at 25p/min. You need to make sure that the O2 bills you send in by post for cashback are received and acknowledged. Sometimes they get mysteriously lost and then you won't get your cashback.

    General comments: A good package, provided you are organised enough to send in copies of your bills at the right times.

    Providing you send your bills on time to 02 Cash Back, by recorded delivery, you'll receive your cash back just fine. Excellent value for money! New phones and discounted line rental, no catches! Hope you find this useful.
