    Good Points: None.


    Bad Points: The Machine Itself And After Sales


    General comments: I've Had This Machine For 19 Months When Fitted (by a Professional) It Caused A Leak This Resulted In Us Being without a Dishwasher For 11 Weeks Because Some Units Had To Be Replaced Due To The Flood It Caused I Told The Fitter At This Time That We Had To Keep Pushing The Machine Door Closed All The Time So That It Would Run Through It's Cycle If You Didn't It Didn't Complete The Task And You Were Left With Dirty Dishes In Dirty Cold Water After Waiting For This To Get Sorted Servis Then Said It Was Out Of Warranty You Simply Can Not Win With This Company It Seems. It Doesn't Look For A Way To Help You With Their Very Expensive But Very Cheap Product But They Look For A Way Out Of Helping It Seems. I Do Not Recommend This Machine Or Company.

    A fault that occurred with my Servis M49 series dishwasher, within the warranty period left me without a dishwasher for 68 days. Another fault, noted by an engineer on his first visit, also during the warranty period, was not fully addressed, and when I asked for the repair to be carried out, I was told I would have to pay as the warranty had elapsed!

    I would not recommend Servis products to anyone.
