Good Points: Staff can be friendly, at first.
Bad Points: Late delivery. Goods don't match description on web site. Staff ignores you when you start asking questions.
General comments: Ordered the "flowers and sweets basket with a teddy bear" for my girlfriend's birthday, which fell on a Sunday. According to the web site, Sunday delivery is possible if ordered before 1pm recipient's time. Nope, Sunday delivery is not guaranteed. Do not rely on these people for quick/weekend deliveries.
Then the flowers didn't arrive until Tuesday evening! (2 DAYS LATE, an atrocious delay given the nature of their business) And the basket that arrived did not come with a teddy bear, and certainly no French/UK cookies and Russian chocolates as described on the web site (a little box of Korean cakes were used as a substitute).
The staff (contactable by Skype) was friendly and helpful at first, but once the order got delayed and questions were raised, I was ignored.
One expensive lesson. I'd stay away from these folks if I were you.

I have ordered flowers from Hello ASAP Flowers and sent them to Russia. Dealing with them is easy. They are accurate and helpful. Price is OK for the kind of the services and flowers they sell. The call is toll free, and staff were helpful to customize my order. The value of flowers is good, because they deal with wholesalers in most cities.
