I liked the Creative Labs Zen MicroPhoto player but it went wrong in the first year and was replaced under warranty. Now the same thing has gone wrong (it's a hardware problem leaving the player in recovery mode). The support people were helpful on the phone but the warrently on the replacement was only for 60 days so now I'm left with no option but to buy a new one. Pretty poor I think.

The Creative Labs Zen MicroPhoto is a pretty good product but you have to be careful not to drop it because this is not a flash memory device. Has FM radio, voice recorder, stores photos, lots of memory, very important, it has a removable battery.

It was very good value for money! It cost me £130 from Amazon.co.uk, but I think you can now pick one up for about £110. The touch pad is not over-sensitive, and you can change the sensitivity setting. It sounds nice, even at loud volumes. It looks very good too, with a 65k colour screen, variet ...
