The blender works well but simply put from my experience 'After Sales Customer Service' is poor (as is their UK website, blenders are not listed in after sales) - in terms of trying buy spare parts. This is not the american way of doing business! (read more)

Very poor. Expensive to our chase and wears out.
What happens is that the rubber fitting wears out after 3 months and it's useless
Kitchenaid refuse repair/replacement

Brought the Kitchen Aid Artisan Blender from John Lewis. Machine leaked from pourer on the top, it sounds like a jumbo jet taking off and it had a burnt metalic smell coming from the motor. Took it back and got a refund. Save your money and buy a cheaper one (read more)

the KitchenAid KSB5 looks great and is a great blender, but 1st time I used it (I bought the cream one) the lid cfhanged colour as I had blended a pasta sauce with tomato, it turned orange! - I Wouldnt buy the cream one again (read more)
