Good Points: very stylish ,good suction power, easy to use.
Bad Points: hose keeps splitting, and when I phone for replacment hose I have to wait 3 months, as they are never in stock.
Call center dont have a clue and can be quite rude.
General comments: Love my hoover but hoses need to be made stronger as they tend to split, its a shame they dont have hoses in stock when u need a replacment had to wait 3 months.
