Good Points: I was recommended to Theatre Tickets Direct by a friend of mine, who bought tickets for We Will Rock You from them. The price for the seats was the lowest available, and the seats were incredible. We were sitting in the 5th ROW from the STAGE, right in the centre. Very good service, as by mistake we choose to collect our tickets from the theatre on the day of the show, when we wanted the tickets to be posted to us. I called them, and one of their staff members changed the booking from box office collection to post at no extra charge.
Bad Points: I have tried them once, and I was more than satisfied, so no bad points.
General comments: Theatre Tickets Direct have a very well laid out website. Great discount tickets, show and meal packages, and when everyone seems to be sold out, these people seem to have everything available. Very rarely you will see them not having tickets for a show. I am thinking of going to see Sound of Music soon, and I will definitely go to them again.
