Thanks to Theatreticketsdirect that i could treat my dad to his 50th birthday. excellent seats to the show at a very reasonable price. tickets arrived in 3 days and got weekend tickets in the royal circle (aisle seat) for 20 pounds cheaper than the theatre. great service

First of all, very good show Blood Brothers, one of the best we have seen in London, and we go to quite a few of them. Secondly, would like to thank Theatre Tickets Direct for the excellent service and great seats they provided us. Less than half the price of the theatre and beautiful seats. 100% recommended.

bought hairspray tickets for saturday 19th of September from theatre tickets direct. Excellent seats bought for £39.50. Stalls that are normally £62.50 at the theatre. other agents charge hefty booking fees for weekend performance and I got the same for half the price. excellent service and no problems collecting the tickets. fully recommended.

Hello All, just decided to write this review after being recommended to Theatre Tickets Direct by one of my friends. Found some really cheap deal for a saturday afternoon performance with amazing front stalls seats at £39.50. Highly recommended, tickets arrived in 2 days and watched the show last saturday. good show, me and my family really enjoyed thoroughly. Thanks

bought Chicago tickets at £16 from Theatre Tickets Direct???????? It was a steal the price!!!!!!!!!!!Got front row in the Upper Circle A 13-14 and the seats were great actually for the Price.Not to say that my friend normally buys tickets from Ticket master and got row G1-2 ( further back and off to one side ) for about £45+booking fee each.Now That's What I am Talking About

Very good service and am a regular with theatre tickets direct, bought tickets last week for good Friday for Wicked, got seats for £47.50 for the best seats. always nice to deal with and highly recommended.

I actully booked tickets with Theatre Tickets Direct a couple of times and the staff was very helpful. Even though I was advices that tickets are not refundable or ex-changeable ,i made a terrible mistake and booked the wrong date. I was very stressed and thought to give them a call and much to my surprise the tickets were re-sold on my behalf in lass than 48 hrs and I booked the show for the correct date.And guess what THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME ANY ADMIN FEE.They are great,do not listen to what othe ...

Booked tickets for friday 3rd april 08 @ palace theatre through Theatre Tickets Direct and got there for 8.30pm show and it had started @7.30pm as 'the producers' had changed the time. Theatre tickets direct never informed me and i had had this booked since the 27th november 2008 as a christmas present for my partner. The response i got from them was disgusting. I would never book through this company again and advise other people to think twice too.

Theatre Tickets Direct provide very cheap tickets but at the cost of good customer service. If there are no complications then all should go well, however if you have a problem they become exceptionally rude.

The tickets i purchased from Theatre Tickets Directwere 'replaced' at the last minute from stalls to upper circle which in my opinion were poor and lower value. I wrote a complaint email and have had no response, yet.
i will not use this company again.
very disappointed
