Do Not Use This Firm
I was missold a mortgage by this firm they and the company they used for supplying the mortgage have all but destroyed my life and I hang on to my home and small business by a thread - this firm has also been served with a final warning by the fsa last Nov for bad trading practices - I would love to hear from anyone who has also suffered at thier hands .I have reported them and the company they use to the FsA for further investigation ....utterly dreadful

It Is Good To Know That The Reviews May Indee
It is good to know that the reviews may indeed reach a wider audience by being Twittered where other's having experiened bad practice from this firm will be able to share their own experience's tell their own stories about the firm who liken to my-self may never have heard about the Review Centre before now.
I have found peace of mind since being able to learn from the Review Centre that I am not the only person whose life has been destroyed by this firm.
When I agreed to allow myself trust fastmoney arrange my mortgage this trust was built on the fact the firm had and was regulated by the FSA I have included the product and the service name alongside the details of the service provider Fastmoney.co.uk.
One reads stories in the News Papers about people who have been misrepresented by firms such as fastmoney.co.uk but when it happens to yourself your unprepared and NO ONE BELIEVES YOU and that's the worst thing but having the Review Centre made available for people like me has allowed other's believe we have been put through what we consider a a horrendous and frightening ordeal by Fastmoney.co.uk.

I Did Not Like Anything About The Firm From
I did not like anything about the firm from the start because they came over pushy and inconsiderate which resulted in us not receiving the product I wanted.
I would have liked to have known prior to signing the contract how much money we were borrowing and how much it was going to cost.
I only found out about 2 weeks later at a chosen solicitors office organised by Fastmoney.co.uk where the solicitor let it be known - I wished Fastmoney.co.uk they let people know how much they are being expected to pay before sending them here.

If I could give them no stars I would. High Pressure, promised me the earth and then tried to charge me an £8000 fee. When I complained about the fee he offered to half it!! Never again.
I found this review very helpful because...the person who made the comment was telling the truth I know because the same firm misrepresented me and now about to be repossessed.
I have raised a complaint with the FSA & FOS but it may-be to late for me how-ever it may deter the firm from trying to RIP OFF other people such as those who have taken the time to contact the review centre about their own experiences from this firm.

Fee higher than expected but so is the cost of a Rolls Royce to a mini. The service was top dollar and at the Rools Royce end and we were assisted very quickly and professionally. Will ceretainly be recommendeing to others!

I agree with the negative comments this firm and the misselling of a mortgage has cost me dearly .I am reportin them and one of the mortgage companies they use Commercial forst to the Fsa ...they missold a mortgae to me and has nearly cost me my home business and my sanity ...i will fight on and will have my day hopefully ....this firm have also been issues with a final notice by the fsa read it its easily accessable on the internet then make your choice
I found this review not helpful because fastmoney.co.uk are not to be trusted are aggressive and un-helpful, from our own experiance should not be registered by the FSA - be warned that this is not a firm to be trusted to do the right thing by YOU - Pheasant12.
Fee's Too High For A Very Poor Service! Aggressive
Fee's too high for a very poor service! Aggressive staff try to push unwanted 'solutions' and encourage you to exaggerate income to get a mortgage.
I found this review very helpful because.we have been found successful taking this firm to the FOS about our mortgage loan which the FOS reconised mortgage fraud mirepresentation which fastmoney deny and as a result the FOS retracted their statement, we have accepted the final decision from the FOS because were able to put into perspective for ourselves as to what really took place during the set - up of our mortgage loan.
However , we have now made a fresh new complaint to the FOS not only about fastmoney also our lenders about mortgage fraud misrepresentation and I would like to suggest that if you do happen to find yourself with a mortgage problem and unable to resolve it with your lendes - take your coplaint to the FSA-Pheasant.
