    Make My Trip. I got confirmation of my successful Booking over sms but didn't receive an e-ticket thru mail. Then when I called MMT for the same, they told me my transaction didn't took place correctly or that was a transaction which got lost. how come it can be so unjustified? I have to cancel my trip plan just because no more tickets were available till the time I got this unpleasant confirmation. Sorry Man, I am not going to do any business any more with MMT. I feel that the service they provided me ruined my whole trip plan.

    I booked the ticket over the phone from united states, 5 months before i travel. coming to india was not a problem but going back to us is the biggest hassel. United cancel my flight and MAKE MY TRIP did not even inform me. I went to local Ahmedabad office to book new ticket and local office told me my flight has been cancelED.     I used mmt to book a reservation for Dec. 08. I am suppose to travel next week to Kerala. Found out a month ago that the return flight that I am suppose to travel from Kerala to KWI cancelled. No one from MMT called me about this as far as I am aware. I found this out by calling the airline. Then I contacted MMT to find out what went wrong. That's where the real problems begin for me.

    I wanted to confirm my parents tickets and they were not confirming, more over they kept me on hold such a long and they told me that my pnr number is wrong and that my parents tickets are on hold, after sending me etickets they told that I dint pay the amount, where as they deducted the amt from my account, do not recommend makemytrip.com.

    I booked a holiday through MakeMyTrip.com web site on 14th. For 15th and 16th Aug at Bhimtal. The credit card was debited and I received a confirmation mail to my booking.

    I started of at 5 AM to Bhimtal on 15th Aug to Bhimtal.     Makemytrip as far as I am aware have not yet provided the airline with our contact information after we booked our tickets via their website.
    When the airline rescheduled the flight they could not inform us because of the actions of the MakeMyTrip as far as I am concerned.

    Therefore I do not recommend Make My Trip.com+

    I booked my round trip ticket through makemytrip by calling them. After a week, they informed me that there was a change in Schedule of the return flight. So, I asked them to cancel the ticket with a promise that they would refund the full amount. The trip has been cancelled and I haven't received the refund till now as far as I am aware.     We recently took a 6 Nights / 7 Days trip to Bangkok and Pattaya, Thailand. We started from Bangalore on 24th Dec (late night) with high expectation that the trip would be a memorable one and nothing could stop us from enjoying the next 7 days.     I was trying to book 4 air tickets through the Make My Trip website, dated 05/03/07, and to my surprise the air ticket was not confirmed but money was withdrawn from my credit card. It took 22 full tension filled days until 27/03/07 to sort out the matter. The biggest problem is that they don't bother to acknowledge by fax or email.

    Asked for a complete name to print on the tickets, yet, when received, the the wrong name had been printed on the ticket! That's not all! When I called about the tickets they said they have called the airlines and told them about the wrong name and it is ok to travel with the wrong name! They will not reissue the tickets for this reason.

    I am not happy with this service at all. I booked a ticket on their website on 13th Oct 2006. It was for return ticket from Los Angeles to New Delhi, leaving on 17th Dec 2006 and returning 14th Jan 2006. Website stated the ticket for $1496.
