Good Points: Good service, lovely watch ,good price

Bad Points: Are they fake?

General comments: the watch was lovely and reasonably priced, service was excellent.......does anyone know if these are truly genuine pieces though???

I ordered a watch, never got it, lots of false promises, now there is no contact, website is down and I am still awaiting my refund which I think is lost.

I ordered a watch from Timedon Ltd for a 30th Birthday gift on 6th of November. By the 12th December it still had not arrived. I sent various e-mails, but received no response, and I called to be told that the watch would arrive shortly. I then found that the web site was down.

It wasn't until I said I would take the mater further that I received a response via e-mail. I have had the money refunded back into my account, but no apology for the shocking lack of communication or service. Pay ...

I am now missing a great deal of money and have no watch.
Xmas is coming, no present for someone. The matter may not be inefficiency and the non contact suggests a more sinister answer along with the disappearance of the website.
Two written guarantees were sent that the watch would be delivered last week (10th Dec.) and at the latest Tuesday this week (18th Dec), To date no more contact has been possible and no watch has arrived. 23 days and still waiting.

Bought a Seiko mens watch about 20% cheaper than normal shops. Great service, quick replies to emails and very quick dispatch and delivery. So much better and cheaper than the high street! Highly recommended.

Ordered watch that allegedly had 5 year warranty, it did but a US/Canada/Carribbean warranty. Could have bought a watch with a US warranty much cheaper elsewhere. Bought watch with UK 5 year warranty elsewhere which also came with protective film on watch bracelet/face/back plus extra padding inside the actual watch box, none of this came with the timedon watch. I can't recommend Timedon enough. Their prices were so cheap! I was doubtful about purchasing the watch, but after contacting them, I was completely reassured. The watch arrived much earlier than I anticipated, and it's absolutely perfect. It came with a full warranty, and in a gorgeous tag presentation box. The correspondence from Timedon was excellent, and they kept me informed at every stage of the purchase. I honestly cannot recommend this site enough. Absolutely fantastic!

Overall, a good purchasing experience. Web site is good, responses to emails are prompt and the price is excellent. Delivery was exactly when promised (apart from issues with holidays, which are out of the control of Timedon Ltd). Highly recommended.

I am absolutely ecstatic about my recent watch purchase! I came across Timedon (www.timedon.com) on Google and was a bit reluctant to purchase because of the incredibly low price of the watch, however I placed the order and was given confirmation of the delivery details, the watch was in stock and I received it the next day around 10.30, I am amazed at the service and also the prices. Who needs a high street outlet when you can pick one up off the Internet for value prices? Great stuff!
