Bad Points: AVOID
General comments: AVOID at all costs, you have been warned - never ever sign up to V Two One www.v21.co.uk. They charged me for £250 after my 12 months expired, I upgraded to 2mg package and then UNKNOWINGLY was caught in another contract... please avoid !

I've been without email for over a week now. Have been trying to phone all v21's helplines for a week now (even the 50p per min one) and can never get through. This is an extremely regular occurrence and can drag on for quite some time. I am about to change my ISP this very minute. Don't even contemplate v21.- Read hazelmac's review (81 words)

Overall, Interent service probably comparable to most ISP's, but when there is a problem it can go on for days (in one instance 3 months). Poor communication at these times adds to the frustration. The V21 helpline is not helpful.- Read g6zru's review (99 words)

When it works they offer good speeds, and they have some well priced packages for new subscribers. Unfortunately, they have regular technical glitches which prevent access to emails, or stop them being sent. I have been unable to send or receive through one of my accounts for over 3 days now, which is unacceptable. Their customer service is very poor, as they rarely tell you what the problem is or when it will be resolved, despite having a page dedicated to providing this information.
