The online reservation was easy. The flight was on time and reasonably priced. I would recommend CheapOair and Jet Blue. (read more)

My sister and I traveled round trip from Seattle to New York in September 2011 via Jet Blue. This was our first experience with this airline. It will also be our last. Our return trip was scheduled for the morning of the 18th. We missed our flight literally by only a couple of minutes due to being held up in a restaurant about 200 feet away, waiting to pay our bill. In fact, the plane hadn't actually moved an inch yet. Unbeknownst to my sister and I, however, Jet Blue has a policy... (read more)

Absolutely love my flights on JetBlue. The staff are professional and friendly. There is plenty of leg room. My flights have always been on time. I also appreciate the help they gave me with my grandma who needed a little extra help to and from the gates. They were really patient and kind towards her. (read more)

I flew JetBlue to JFK from LAX return ticket in October 2008. The flight itself was ok, met the exxpectations of a budget airline, no significant delays, etc.
However after waiting for an hour or so at JFK, my bag had not appeared - apparently it didnt make it onto the plane, although we had gotten to LAX 3 hours early.
JetBlue staff at the airport were unbelievably unhelpful, after a few hours they got my information and said they'd call me when they had some more information.
Every day...

Jet Blue is a 1st choice airline anytime they are an option! Very comfortable friendly service...more legroom in economy than I have ever experienced, great terminal at JFK airport, free wireless in JFK, Long Beach, and Oakland... and of course the TVs make the flight go by quicker than ever! Badpoints are no meals, but unlimited free snacks are good... they don't fly everywhere i want to go... (read more)

In general Jet Blue has everything a successful airline that people always come back to. Except for their limited city stops I think they are almost perfect. (read more)

I have flown JetBlue twice. Once from Pittsburgh to NY and once from Pittsburgh to Boston.
All flights were on time. There is a lot of leg room. A choice of like 7 free snacks, and they are also unlimited. Every person gets there own TV with about 50 stations, the TV is free. And on top of All that, the fares are less than almost every other airline.
Bottom line: If you're going somewhere and your home and destination airport both have JetBlue, fly it. Way better than Usair, Northwest, Delta,...

I'm a college student so I travel alot since I go to school out of state. Jetblue has been the only airline that I've stayed loyal to because they have amazing customer service. You can't beat their delicious snacks, the 30-channel TVs, and legroom! Check-in is always fast for me. My luggage has been missing a couple of times but it's really just because of my connecting flight; once I got to my destination, my bag isn't in the carousel but it's already in their possession because it got... I think all of the nightmare airlines- read: Northwest, Delta, American, Sun Country- should just sell their planes to JetBlue and let them take over!! JetBlue understands customer service, a lost art among the rest in the air travel arena. The planes are equipped with phenomenal comforts (seats, tv, legroom) and the flight attendants are respectful and funny. Before JetBlue came along, every flight I took on every other airline was horrendous. Disrespectful crew, uncomfortable and cramped... (read more)

First time I flew Jet Blue my luggage didn't turn up on the carousel. I spoke to a JB rep who scuttled off to see what was going on. Five minutes later he came back to tell me that they found the bags. Twenty minutes later they showed up. OK. They messed up -- but not too bad after a comfortable cross country flight.
But then, the attendant comes back with a $40 voucher for my inconvenience. I didn't even ask for it. He just took his own initiative. Amazing. Management allowing...

I used to fly several different airlines back and forth between Seattle and NY to visit family. Now that I've found jetBlue, I can't imagine flying anyone else. My only real gripe with them is that the flyer points expire after a year. So before the last few years, when I've needed to fly back more often I've never gotten the coveted free flight, whereas many of my other airlines that I use for almost anything except this trans-america flight I continue to rack up miles for.
The direct...

Amazing. I fly Jet Blue almost monthly and have never had bad customer service. The pilots let you know why there are delays when they happen (unlike my experience on Ted where they de-boarded the plane and didn't say why). The planes are really nice, seat comfort and legroom sold me the first time i flew them. The seatback live TV is nice. 3 hour flights don't feel like it, which is why I think the TV is my favorite part. The newer planes also have XM radio too. I've also discovered that... (read more)

Jet Blue is great. I love how low their rates are plus the service is really good. I'm not too sure about cross-country flights, mainly because I only fly from SF to LA using this airline, but from what I have experienced, it's a really nice and friendly airline. The planes have designated rows where you can have more or less leg room for those of you who are taller. The TV is free and usually running, and the snacks are good too. (read more)

I have flown with Jet Blue many times, seldom with a delay, only once with poor customer service and always in far more comfort than on other airlines. (read more)

If you intend to be on-time, make your connections, or be offered helpful service, I recommend using a different airline. Jet Blue offered no assistance with connections. Once they had my fare, I did not exist. (read more)
