    Still trying to return a part.....they wont get back to me. From the other reviews I've read, it doesnt sound like it going to be worth it anyway! Horrible customer service....plenty of competition go somewhere else!

    I ordered high end window vents for a Sienna from Auto Parts Warehouse, I read the part number from a sticky note I had written it on, they still sent the wrong part with a different part number, I wanted dark tint, they sent light tint. As I said these are a high end part made by Weathertech. I received the parts in two plastic sleeves in a large cardboard box, no Weathertech packaging at all.     This Auto Parts Warehouse company is horrible.
    I'm in the military so of course my shipping and billing addresses are different, without notice they cancelled my order(still charging my card) and requested that i send them a copy of my BANK STATEMNT, and or a detailed photograph of my ID and CREDIT CARD. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! they say ots for consumer protection, yea... lets circulate all of that PII and call it protection, Staff speaks very poor english, play the stupid and silent game. Very stro ...

    Item not shipped after 2 weeks. I phoned Auto Parts Warehouse and used the live chat at the same time, they said it had been shipped 2 weeks ago but no tracking data was available, the live chat told me it had not been shipped yet, they had not charged me and I needed to register with some mail redirection site and get a US address before they ship it to me. I used paypal and have now registered a dispute to try and get my money back! Meantime the car is still in the shop awaiting parts.

    Buyer Beware!! I received a defective part, and
    Auto Parts Warehouse won't refund the cost or anything! The price may seem decent, but you WILL eat the cost if and when you get burned!

    I ordered - and paid for via PayPal - an auto part on 5/7/2009 from auto parts warehouse. One week later, they had not filled the order yet told me that I could not cancel it because it was ready to ship. I filed a dispute with PayPal which I escalated into a claim. After I filed the claim, they sent me an email stating that the part was not available. I finally got my money back on 5/20/2009.

    i ordered generic oxygen sensors from Auto Parts Warehouse. Nothing special. 2 weeks later they still have not contacted me with a tracking number. My card was charged, no response from their customer service.

    Auto Parts Warehouse delivered on the prt, but in doing so I ended up wit a recurring $10/month charge to the credit card I used to a company c in bed walled reservations rewards.

    Auto Parts Warehouse is the worst service i have ever recieved. Both autoparts ware house and thier shipper use shipping dates that they dont meat 30 days i gave up waiting . too many hours on the phone no true results.

    Auto Parts Warehouse charged my card, then 9 days later after I had called them twice to try to track my order as it should have arrived, they tell me that they are going to credit my account as they did not have the part and did not bother to tell us and my car was in the shop this whole time waiting!! This is not acceptable customer service.

    I ordered a part for my specific vehicle from Auto Parts Warehouse....the incorrect part was shipped to me. When I contacted AutoParts about returning it they informed me I would have to pay shipping and re-stocking fee. Gee....it was their error and I have to pay! I am also responsible to pay for return shipping. Now...if I had made the error I wouldn't have a problem with paying shipping.....but under the circumstances I feel I should not have to pay one cent for their incompetant staff. ...

    A few days ago I experienced brake failure which could have resulted in an accident. Almost a year prior, I ordered EBC rotors and pads for my 2002 Bonneville SSEi. The rotors I ordered (EBC-GD7090) were specifically identified as correct fit for 2002 Bonneville SSEi, Gas, Supercharged, VIN "1", which is my application.     Stay well clear of Auto Parts Warehouse:

    They WILL get you order wrong
    They WILL blame everyone but themself
    They WILL not send refund or sort problem
    don't go near them, sooner they go out of business the better for all the honest hard working suppliers/customers.

    I placed an order with Auto Parts Warehouse and received confirmation of ir and a tracking number. When ever I went to track the shipment it said information sent to fedex. I continued checking and was never updated. A month later I sent and email and asked the status of my order. The reply I got back was they will check with the warehouse and get back to me. Week later no response, so I sent another email, and the reply I got back was telling me there was a problem with the fedex site. So ...

    They sent me the wrong part so not only was I left with my car in pieces and no way to fix it on the spot, but the person I spoke to at the company appeared to want to blame me for it! It was suggested I had made the mistake & was therefore expected to pay a 20% restocking fee. I told them that my car is a 2000 (they sent the part for a 1997). They told me I was responsible for cross referencing the part # before placing the final order.

    True buyer beware when shopping this site. I purchased a few items with 1 being what appeard to be like original equipment. Received garbage silly looking aftermarket not even close parts. Returned and had to pay a restocking fee based on what the original full price was, not what I paid. On the same order was sent no name cheap parts yet I ordered brand name items. What a major to get the items returned.
    They will never see my patronage again and I will caution all that want to shop there.

    Things went well up until I tried to make a return. The customer service agent was unhelpful. Used the hold button to be punitive, pretended to no longer hear me - on a land line - and then he hung up. I did not even get a chance to share the love as it were. Would not recomend them at all.

    I found it a nightmare trying to fix this problem. It has been over a week and the issue is still not resolved yet. I was going to change my order but I was discouraged by their customer service so i decided to just cancel the order. Now it's taking too much time to get my refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
