General comments: They seemed to look down their noses at me, do not put offers forward if they don't like the look of you. They are not good at explaining in regards to whether properties have been let or sold. I went for a property and was told that it had been let out, to this day (2mths on) it is still available. We had already confirmed a rental agreement, offering more money for extra land etc. But when we rang to confirm all searches had been done they told us they had let it to someone else. I have a perfect credit and refs so I knew I would fly through this. I also, even though young, earn £100,000 a year so a £2000 property was not a problem. I had already rented the property I own out (they were due to move in day I moved out).
