I ordered a M901C from bbgunsuk on Sunday for the weekend, as it came with free shipping and free stuff. I later looked here and instantly regretted it. To my surprise, it turned up today (2 days later), and it works perfectly! The only thing they can improve on is the quality of the free gifts, as they were not good. Overall though, a great site and I would shop with them again. (read more)

ALL the guns sold on BBGUNSUK or its affiliated site AIRSOFT UK are damaged or broken. They sell poor quality guns and it took me 3 emails and 6 days to get a refund for the gun I ordered. That said, they did let me keep the damaged gun instead of send it back at my own expense. (read more)

Never have I known a retailer like it. Ordered the LS-M9 blowback which eventually arrived (after 2 weeks) Gun broke and finally received an e-mail to send it back to them. never once received any e-mail / correspondance back. I am having problems with bbguns4u.com, the gun we bought was misfiring. They delayed me sending it back by emailing me with further instructions which still didn't work. I paid £12.60 to return the gun and now they say they will only refund if received back within 2 weeks of PURCHASE (even though gun wasn;t received for about a week or so after I bought it). They are refusing to refund saying the gun works perfectly and I need to pay them £10 to be sent it back again - absolutely ridiculous!!!

I ordered a G36C Rifle of this site. When I ordered it i came across this website and I started to get worried I had just wasted £200 on the gun. I sent an email to the website, no reply. the site does not I admit answer to emails but they do answer on FACEBOOK, so if you want to contact them go on facebook. I ordered an LS M9 gas pistol. Within two days it arrived.. Within two hours of use I discovered that the pistol itself and all three spare magazines i ordered were faulty. I emailed them and had to wait a week for a response. My first email asked for a full refund, but I was met with a sheepish offer of a replacement instead of a refund. Well I ordered 2 LSM9 blowback pistols, and one arrives completely broken, way too broken to claim it was a postal damage or my fault anyway. After several hours trying to phone them and several emails unawnsered for weeks I managaed to get hold of them, only for them to say its my fault and not their problem. I paid £40+ last week for guns from this outfit. No guns delivered and no answers even tho the DEBITED my card ! In their one email reply they said they have no record of my transaction ! I recently ordered the LS M9 gas blowback pistol from bbgunsuk.co.uk! I ordered it at 00:38 on the Tuesday morning and recieved the gun at 9:18 the following day. I thought this was amazing because i only selected the Royal Mail 1st class option. However I did not receive the free 1000ml bottle of Green Gas which was clearly stated with the gun. I ordered a black viper including ammo and a sticky target worth around £30. After 2 days I got the items however the sticky target was missing. I have emailed them 3 times and phoned up the number on the website but I didnt get any response just like the others in this forum. I wish I've seen this site earlier! Finally got the missing Sticky Target after a week of sending emails but didnt get any response. On my 4th email I made a big fuss about reporting them to the Trading Standards which I copied from one of the reviews in this forum, lo and behold the item was delivered in less then 48 hours!

Got a reply at 8 am Monday, they offered my a full refund, which took place at 8:10 am, and at 8:20 am I reordered the correct gun. I ordered a gun for a birthday present and it was 34.99 plus £5 Postage. The gun was faulty and was returned for a replacement. The second gun was also faulty!! I returned for a refund and they did not pay the postage costs incurred to send the FAULTY guns back. They seem to have quite a bit of negative publicity about their ability to fulfill orders and I was worried I wouldn't see my gun. I'm sorry but I have to disagree completely. After spending approx £200 on goods from BB Guns UK for Xmas (with no issues), my son used his Xmas money to buy another gun and target. Gun had bent barrel and target was wrong one. Apart from Customer Service auto-reply they have not replied to my 3 e-mails and no-one picks up the phone. Still sitting with faulty goods and very disappointed child!

Submitting email requests results in a standard response that their email servers are being maintained. I have sent 6 emails now and still have no proper response from any other than a machine.
Since they have debited my account and will not respond, I can only assume that this site is fraudulent.

I am having exactly the same problem mate - you are not alone. I have ordered exactly the same gun and everything. My guess is the "One man Operation" (which I very much think it is judging by their Youtube channel and Auto-Responder emails) is on Holiday. It is my 14th day of waiting today. I just hope Mr Dodgy doesn't get us confused because then we would both be in a whole crock of shizzle.
