Good Points: Under new Management and now fully refurbished
General comments: I have yet to buy my dress but have been to look round a lot of the shops in the local area. I had already been to
Rebecca Hatton Bridalwear, Southport in the past and was impressed by the selection of dresses but not with the surroundings. I had noticed it was shut the other week and had an 'Under new Management' sign in the window so decided to book in for another appointment.Im so glad I did, as my experience this time was nothing short of first class. The whole shop has been refurbished and now looks amazing. The new staff working there were so friendly and made me feel as if nothing I asked was too much. I have picked a few dresses that I will be going back to try on for a second try and hopefully make my final decision!So just a note to anyone who wasnt too impressed in the past like myself is to give it another try as the new management seem to have made a lot of changes to turn this into a fantastic shop.

I bought my daughter a made to measure gown costing nearly £2000 from this shop for her wedding in 2005. The dress which had a final fitting just 3 days prior to the wedding was a disaster on the day with the top which was strapless falling down from half an hour after the dress was put on. When fastened at the back in the morning it was tight and fit well, one hour later as she was getting out of the car at church she had to hold her bouquet in front of her top as it was falling down a ...

I was very impressed with both the range of dresses available and the staff's welcoming nature. I would highly recommend Rebecca Hatton's Bridalwear, definitely the best Bridal shop I have come across. Rebecca is very good at making the experience of trying on the dresses very special, she devotes all her attention to you during the appointment. You also have the whole shop, which is really nice. Rebecca Hatton bridalwear made the experience of buying my dress thoroughly enjoyable - I can't say the same for most of the other shops I tried! The staff were very welcoming and understood exactly what I was looking for and what would suit me. Organising a wedding was one of the most stressful things I've done but choosing a dress was very easy, thanks to the staff at Rebecca Hatton. They were brilliant!

Please ignore previous review about not being allowed to browse as it is a common fact an appointment should be made so you can have Rebecca`s full attention as the most important service is her individual time.I would not like someone wondering around the shop while I was having my fitting so that will be the only reason she would ask you to come back for an appointment.

Lovely shop, was really happy with my dress and the ladies in there made my experience so enjoyable, if i were to get married again would definitely buy my dress from Rebbecca Hatton. She is a wonderful person, couldn't have been more helpful and Kind.

What an amazing bridal shop! Staff personally took care of every detail of my wedding dress and all accessories! The choice of dresses is fab and Rebecca was great at helping choose jewellery, shoes, tiara and veil. She was always at the end of the phone for advice, not just about the dress but she also helped out with loads of the other details like venues, florists and cake makers. I highly recommend visiting Rebecca Hatton!

I found Rebecca Hatton Bridalwear very off hand - they would not even allow us to view gowns prior to making an appointment. Didn't wish to make an appointment unless I wanted to try on gowns- spoke to other brides in a different local shop they felt the same
