    Good Points: Economical


    Bad Points: Poor heater, either too hot or cold, the climate control just can't cope and VW makes out it's the driver !


    General comments: Although well built, the extras are just not there for the money you pay.

    If you want a big car, cheap to insure, 46 mpg, reliable, good sounding system as standard, comfy seats, nice comfortable ride, buy a Volkswagen Passat Estate 1.9tdi 100bhp! I don't need performance and as a young driver (23 still being young to insurance companies) couldn't afford to insure the more high powered models.
    If you want a fast of small car, don't buy one! It's that simple.
