Good Points: Stylish looking. Coffee is good tasting.
Bad Points: Coffee is very slow to drain into the carafe, and most times it requires "jiggling" to allow all of the coffee to drain into the carafe.
General comments: I would be hesitant to recommend the DeLonghi DC55 10 Cup TCB to anyone, based on what appears to be significant design flaws. I could not get the coffee to drain out of the filter holder directly into the carafe without having to jiggle the carafe, which causes the coffee to start flowing again. Customer Service was poor. All the parts in my DeLonghi are in good working order except for the carafe lid, which seems to be slightly warped, although this does not impact on the flow. I sought to purchase a replacement carafe lid, but I was advised I had to buy the complete carafe with the lid and not just a lid - probably a $5 to $7 part.
