“worst service ever!”

Purchased a washer, a dryer and a fridge freezer. The contract stated that old appliances would be removed and that products would be unpacked and packaging taken away. Delivery men refused to take old product and did not unpack anything. When began to unpack the washer the door was hanging off as the hinge bolt was sheared. “Staff could not even use a computer ”

Went to buy a printer from P C World St Helens. They did not have the item in stock so the sales man went about ordering it on line. I was there for 40 minutes while he tried to order . His knowledge of the web site was terrible. He kept having to ask other members of staff how to input details and codes, after 40 minutes I gave up the idea of buying from them and came home and bought it on line myself from a different company. “No people skills”

I went to Currys PCWorld at the Castle Marina location for a set of headphones and I felt it would have been easier and less distressing getting a plaster for a superficial flesh wound at A&E. Not only was the staff member I spoke to ill informed I felt as if the way he spoke to me was as if he was a used car salesman. “Shocking aftercare”

I should have learned from dealing with them before but have stupidly gone back. All nice as pie when you're interested in buying so etching but once bought and you've got problems with something they're not interested. “Worst customer experience at Weybridge branch”

This is a long rant, so in short and to the point this store is where I experienced the worst treatment I have experienced in a retail environment. “wrong information online about stock availability”

Got my first laptop from PC world and everything seemed fine. Until a few months in my DVD drive would jutter and stop playing films. This was not a dirty disc as i tried several new ones. I bought a Surface pro 2. Within a few weeks it started playing up and I thought it was me, as the 3 free month care was coming to an end I rang them (always a long wait) The 1st person I spoke to in PC World tech team said 'Ah yes these have a known fault.' I took a Samsung tab 3 back to store as it wasn't charging properly. After the Sales Assistant told me that it was not showing a fault, he told me that he was not doing anything about it, as it was not faulty! He eventually turned the power off as I'd told him to. Immediately it showed it was faulty, as it was saying it needed charging. He told me that he would have to send it off to Samsung. Ordered an LCD monitor for my desktop, was told it would take 4-5 days, 2 weeks later i'm still waiting. This seems to a be a common theme amongst anyone who chooses home delivery from pc world, judging by reviews from similarly dis-satisfied customers online. To further compound matters, their customer service department never replies to emails, the emails of order confirmation fail to contain the link to the courier company and the tracking codes do not work.
