New washing machine. Communication excellent. Two operators arrived... NO MASKS or gloves. No mention made about Covid protection. Old machine removed. New one plumbed in and set on a rinse wash. Still going. They left a mess on the laundry room floor. No attempt to clean it up. A barely adequate service.

A two person (man/woman) team arrived right on time with my Keter 11' x 7'6" shed delivery. They were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately they struggled with two of the three boxes, which all seemed far too bulky and heavy. All were approximately 220cm x 130cm x 20cm and individually weighed 65kgs, 75kgs and 77kgs and possibly breach the safe maximum weight for lifting at work guidelines. After the second box collapsed, opening and spilling some of the contents onto the drive and allowing everything to shift around inside, my boyfriend helped the team unload and move them as best he could. I have taken photographs of the open, collapsed box in case I find that there is damage to the contents when the landscaping contractors unpack it in a couple of weeks. None of this is the fault of the delivery team, the item was badly packaged by Keter. If Expert Logistics cannot deliver this item safely it should refuse to take it and maybe Keter would improve the packaging by using more boxes.

Fast precise gave a 20 minute pre call but i asked if could take away the packaging and refused apart from that everything was good and as a ex employee of expert logistics it would of been nice but many thanks

The team (EXV87) were great, they quickly and efficiently delivered the new item and removed the old one. However they arrived very late (7 hours) due to a vehicle problem. I had to cancel an evening out. It would have been better if they had contacted me directly rather than just updating the tracking details which I am unable to access on my mobile. I was tied to the house for the entire day as the time slot kept moving. My delivery was due in the morning and they finally arrived after 6pm. If they had sent updates to my mobile I would have been freed up to do other things.

Well after a week from hell the two guys I dealt with turned up and fixed the problem the previous delivery men had left with my washing machine leaving all over my kitchen they where the only two I would say where brilliant In my whole experience with expert logistics the people on the phone are not so great especially the woman with her snooty attitude it does not help when your kitchen is full of water after waits full day for them to not turn up then when they do the jobs not done right thank goodness for the two guys I dealt with they solved the problem and were professional and very polite so thank you to them would I use expert logistics again only if you was sending my good with the two guys who came today so thank you to them

No problem with delivery staff but the lead up to delivery could be improved ,plenty of messages on phone but no definite time . Delivery times should be from 08-00am onwards and you should tell the customer the day before either a morning or afternoon time slot the phone them next day with a time slot . I believe you could lose custom if time slots are not improved .AO.COM

I was sent a text in the morning with the 4 hour delivery time and the delivery drivers no. On calling a voice recording told me the driver would not be able to clarify any further when the delivery would be. I was supposed to receive a phone call when he was half an hour away but I only got one when he was 4 minutes away. There are lots of delivery services available nowadays that can let you know to the hour when your delivery will be. The two men were very courteous and helpful but I would have preferred to know a little more about my delivery time.

very good communication upto the delivery -one driver very good -assistant -not so -we are a charity for adults with autism -have a coffee shop on site and toilets clearly marked -but this individual decided to pee up the tree opposite the delivery van -not impressing staff or the public

The promised four hour delivery window was only two, and was 7am to 9am, we recieved the notification after 7am! The driver called and arrived timely. They were pleasant and helpful but one of the crew smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, so much so, it took us 3 hours to remove the smell from the house. To smell this bad he must have been smoking in a confined space, the cab?

Great crew and arrived within times quoted. Just a shame they forgot to turn the water feed back on once they fitted the washing machine. Meaning we had to move the machine ourselves and complete the job. This was after they agreed to cap off hot water feed and didn't and had to be asked to provide us with the cap to do ourselves.

We're supposed to give half hour notice for delivery was given 10 minutes. Had to go to work on day of delivery so found it very difficult to get out of work in time just made it luckily. Good job I got an understanding boss. ..

oven delivered within time slot, as soon as the driver came through the door he thrust a comments slip into my hand and requested a positive feedback. removed my old oven as requested and paid for, brought in my new oven and placed it on the floor in a narrow galley kitchen and asked if that was o.k. i had to request him to remove the packaging so i could check the oven for any sign of transit damage and again request them to lift it into the built in slot.overall impression was not very positive.

Very pleased with the delivery of our new washing machine - the chaps kept me informed about where they were are and approximately how long they would be before delivery. Both very cheerful, but was a little disappointed that they did not offer to unpack the package or remove it from the laundry room. However, their cheerful manner compensated for this. So on the whole very pleased.

Our first contact with Expert Logistics happened when they called to say that the expected delivery of our LEC chest freezer would not now happen as there was a typo error with the postcode. Fair enough the error was with Lec paperwork but there was no convincing them to deliver having confirmed the details by phone. The second call I made to them, to check that the initial plan to drop the new one and give us 24 hours to transfer the contents before picking up the old one still held. It didn't. That then had to be corrected. on the day of delivery I had an automated call at 7am!!!! to say that they were coming between 3pm and 7pm. The van turned up at 1.30pm but despite apparently running ahead of schedule neither chap would spare a couple minutes to get the packing out from under the freezer for me. That was all I asked for to save me having to upend the thing on my own.Apparently you need to amke special arrangements for that! The pick up of the old one the next day went smoothly thank goodness but again there was the 7am call to say that they would be there between 1-5pm Is it really necessary to call so early in the morning and if unpacking is a special occurence could that not be made clear at the time of booking. Not my happiest experience of delivery companies

Cooker delivered today no hassle,informed by call before hand of time of delivery.This being the 3rd attempt to deliver this product;1st time driver could not find the address then 2nd time no one was allowed to sign for same as per intructed by call centre staff. Obviously this item was sent to this address for a reason and now I have to arrange my own delivery from my home address to intended address. I'm sorry but I don't understand why I had to be there to sign delivery which wasn't possible and it was my sons place of business.

Text gave a delivery slot between 8am & 12pm.At 12:45 we had a phone call to let us know delivery would be within the hour. The excuse for the late delivery was a problem with the van when they arrived for work. That being the case why not let customers know straight away that the delivery slot was no longer valid and prevent unnecessary lost waiting time for housholders. I have to say though that the delivery drivers were apologetic for the delay and very courteous when they finally arrived.

Although I had to wait almost a month in total which I wasn't happy about Des and Mick who delivered and connected my washing machine was friendly quick and very helpful and I would recommend them to my friends. The crew Des and micks costumer service greatly improved my appinion to what I originally had has logistics had 2 weeks to deliver it to fitters yet faild to do so causing me to have to wait for almost a whole month with out a washer I would give Des and Mick top marks for their service logistics however need to do much better would recommend Des and Mick to Friends not sure about logistics was not happy about delay.
