    I work for expert Logistics, and it would appear to me that the majority of customers are not happy with the service of the delivery teams. As I pride myself on the level of service I provide to ALL my clients when I deliver/install all appliances, it would be more benificial for customers, to name and shame the crews that have not provided the level of service that was promised. In my opinion in this current econimical and employment situation, the crews are getting away with unprofessional ethics. Thier are over 2 million people on the dole, who the majority would realise the benefits of working for the company. Don`t let a few bad apples ruin it for the professional ones amongst us.

    We ordered three items from Boots and chose a Saturday delivery to save having to book a day off work to receive the delivery (£5.99 is well worth it!). We liked the update of delivery timings by both txt and phone the day before. The drivers Julian and Jason (AV96B) rang ahead stating that they had been held up, BUT WOULD deliver NO MATTER WHAT!     Expert eh................well lets see.

    They arrived with my new tumble dryer and unpacked it on the garden.

    I thought that was very considerate until i saw polystyrene flying across the garden.
    They bought in the appliance hitting the door frames and placed it in my living room against the wall so my partner could move it to the garage later.
    The driver grunted for my signature and then left.

    EXPERT LOGISTICS - The driver refused to move an appliance up the stairs, claiming that he had not been told that he would need a stair walker asnd hadn't brought one with hi, If we don't tell him then "it's our look out." he dumped the appliance in the garage and then became aggressive when we refused to sign the delivery note whilst we tried to ring the supplier (john Lewis).     Ordered washing machine on the Saturday from Appliance Online, delivered on the Thursday. Got a text & and automated message on the Wednesday saying that delivery would be between 7am and 11am. Driver called at 7.20am & said would deliver between 8am & 10am, arrived just before 9am (after driving from Bristol to Poole)

    I ordered a dishwasher from NEXT who now are part owners of expert logistics. The first dishwasher had three large dents on the front door. NEXT rearranged delivery for about a week later. This did not arrive as it had not been put on the lorry! I asked them to put it on another lorry but I was then told the dishwasher was missing!!     Expert Logistics Delivery (ordered from tesco) did not arrive in the time period stated. Driver was meant to ring me 1 hour beforehand and did not. I was not at home and asked him to wait 20mins whilst I got back as he was late. He refused and this was only resolved when I rang the head office who then told him to wait.     The worst company i have ever dealt with. Expert Logistics claim to have phoned me on my mobile (no missed calls!!!) and left a message (no message). I can tolerate incompetence but this is lies. I will never use them again

    Utterly rubbish. The worst delivery company ever. Why do Laskeys use them?
    Expert Logistics promised a Saturday delivery and failed completely. Now want to deliver on Monday when we are in work. Will not deal with Laskeys as long as they use this company.

    I bought a washing machine and a dishwasher from Laskys over the internet last week. I was then told by email that the items would be delivered by Expert Logistics on Tuesday this week, so I took a day off work to receive the goods. No fridge. To cut a long story short, 2 and a half days later, I still have no fridge - it is on a lorry, somewhere, nobody knows where. Laskys cannot help me, nobody seems to know what is going on.

    An appalling service from start to finish. Was asked for delivery details 3 times for the same information. After attempting to deliver and 14 phone calls from me, they then stated flatly that they would not deliver because parking is restricted outside my home. So if you live anywhere with difficult parking, don't bother. I will never buy from any company who use Expert Logistics Delivery.

    The only thing to Expert Logistics Delivery's credit was they arrived on time. They then left 5 minutes later WITHOUT delivering and installing.

    The reason they gave is because I live in a 3rd floor flat and their H&S rules don't allow them to deliver! They should not have accepted my order when I told them about the 3 flights of stairs.     Purchased an Indesit Washing machine from Kitchen Science. Paid extra for taking away old appliance and connection by Expert Logistics, Harrow. The only thing to their credit is that they arrived on the day they said they would.

    Ordered a washing machine from kitchen science,unfortunatly it was given to this hopeless company to deliver.Were told to ring when they arrived,but driver couldn't be bothered(1 day off work)2nd delivery looked as though machine had huge dent in front(another day off work)3rd delivery driver couldn't be bothered to ring. After trying to ring Expert Logistics (3 calls waiting on a 0845 no for 20mins) told them not to bother and cancelled order. Had to leave a min of 1 star otherwise ZERO.

    I have noted many negative reports about appliance deliveries and I can understand why, having experienced similar in the past. However, having recently received a delivery from a team from Bristol, I can say without doubt that they were professional and polite, helpful and quick. They were very funny, and put me at ease as I had concerns about the possible difficulties my premises might pose for them.

    Lazy driver: my delivery (a stove) from Expert Logistics Deliverywas due between 0700 and 1100 today. According to the card left by the driver, he left a voicemail on my mobile (I was in the shower) at 0704, saying no one was at home. I can only imagine it was too much effort for him to push my doorbell (situated just above the letterbox where he put the card). I have rebooked for Friday. We'll see.

    Expert Logistics Delivery called before arrival which was booked between 07:00 and 11:00 informing me they would be arriving within the next 10-15mins

    Not very professional! I advised the two delivery guys it would be easier to take the old washing machine out before bringing the new one in (makes sense really) but didn ' t listen to my advice, instead it was more like the Lorral and Hardy film about the piano movers.     Expert Logistics were supposed to deliver a washer dryer from Boots. With an 11-3 delivery slot they called at 2.55 to confirm my address. They would neither accept directions nor tell me where they were. I waited at the window and received a call 20 minutes later to say that they had attempted to deliver but had been turned away. Plainly this was a lie. I will not be using Boots for household appliances as long as they use Expert Logistics and would recommend others do likewise. I went to the h ...
