I’d like to leave a testimonial to the two guys who delivered our new washing machine this morning (23/05/13). When we booked our delivery we were told we’d receive a call at 7am on the delivery day to give us a 4 hour delivery window. We duly received the call promptly at 7 by one of the guys informing us that he was on his way and would be with us within 30 minutes. I cannot praise this company enough. We placed our order at 5pm on a Saturday, and it was delivered at 0900 on Sunday morning, by two very courteous and efficient members of staff. The washing machine we bought was unpacked, and placed in the kitchen for us, ready for connection. The packaging was all taken away. ordered a washing machine at 9.30pm on Saturday May 11th and it was deliverd at 8.00am Sunday 12th . They sent me text message on the morning to give me a delivery time within a 2 hour time slot and were bang on time. The delivery team was LDS4 .They were great lads and placed the appliance exactly where i wanted it . i would have no hesitation in recommending this delivery service to anyone. First Class . The guys we had are probably the best delivery drivers i have ever had! My house is in a very difficult place to deliver to, but without any hesitatoin they said it was no problem, even though it was a huge range cooker they were dealing with. I have been fortunate to have some items delivered by this company on several occasions over the last couple of months. They send an automated telephone message the night before, then on the morning of delivery, at exactly 7am, they text you to give you a short time slot. They were in the timescale every time. We had paid for delivery, installation and removal of old machine. No compromise could be reached, the driver would not even get out of his vehicle to try and resolve the problem. Totally belligerent attitude, appalling customer service and non-existent interpersonal skills. I would never use this company again and will advise my friends, work colleagues and everyone else I know to do the same.

Ordered a washing machine and wen the day of the delivery came I was informed @8am by the driver that it would be with me between 1pm and 2pm . So much better then been told ohh we will just see u this morning or afternoon . I thought It was too good to be true to get it to me in that particular hour. There was plenty of clear communication via the phone prior to the delivery date to reassure me that my delivery would take place on the specified date. I was told that there would be a phone call at 7.00 am on the day of delivery and sure enough there was an automated call.
