Aristocars of Billericay, Essex

We had the rolls royce silver cloud and a daimler for our wedding on 14/6/14. The cars were beautiful and the drivers were so friendly and patient while we had lots of photos taken both before and after the ceremony. Our photographer needed the cars to arrive early and this was not a problem. We even got a longer ride back to our reception as it was down the same road as the church which was nice to spend time just me and hubby to take everything in. Had a bad experience with another big car company but everything was so easy and straightforward from start to finish. Thanks to everyone at aristocars for helping to make our day special!

I hired a lovely Phantom 111 Rolls Royce 1936 for my daughter's wedding on 13 August 2012. The car was immaculate inside and out and we had chosen the car some time before the wedding by, visiting Aristocars and selecting it from their wide range of available cars. The car arrived about 20 minutes early and that helped to calm nerves as at least we knew early on that it was going to be there. The chauffeur Graham was so friendly and chatted to my daughter and I for a few minutes until it was time to leave even taking a picture of us. He talked to us during the journey to Stockbrook Manor in Billericay. Everything was very calm and unrushed and he posed with the bride for some photographs at Stockbrook. We booked with Aristocars for our Wedding on 20th August 2011 and were so very pleased with the service we received. The communication leading up to the big day was second to none and we were made to feel at ease that things were in hand. Professional and friendly attitude which exceeded expectations. The Cars are impecable! Beautifully clean, well restored and serviced and undoubtedly cared for, the standard, quality and presentation is simply Perfection!

I can not thank Aristocars enough for their amazing cars, service and staff, I booked two cars for my wedding on Friday 19th August the 1937 Rolls-Royce Phantom III and Vanden Plas Princess, they were so beautiful, the drivers were early, they were so very helpful. The drivers (Brian and Ray)helped me with my flowers and my dress getting in and out of the car. They were really lovely, friendly and chatty, they helped with my nerves. As we were early he waited up the road from the church so I didn't arrive with guests. They were amazing in every way. Highly recomended.

What an amazing service we had from Aristocars! From the day of going to view the fleet up to and beyond our wedding day, the service was impeccable.

After much deliberaton and choice, we decided on the aptly named EGO, Rolls-Royce Phantom 111 for mine and my husbands car, and the Daimler for our bridesmaids.

All the cars are in such beautiful condidtion, and can tell are so well looked after and loved.

The drivers on the day were fantastic. They were punctual, extremely well presented, friendly, co-operative, professional and classy. Exactly what you want on your wedding day.

So many of our guests commented on how fantastic the cars were.

We loved every minute of our drive from the church to the venue, and would highly recommend Aristocars for any wedding or special event.

My husband was in fact so impressed with the company, and cars that he applied to work for them!

Jan ( owner ) is a very friendly and professional lady who makes sure the client is at ease on the follow up and on the big day. Me and my husband had Charles as our driver and he was such a lovely man who couldn't do enough for us and made our day extra special. Above all that, the cars are in immaculate condition. I recommend them 100% to any bride.

My only daughter married on the 22nd August 2009. How pleased we were with the faultless service we received from Aristocars, on that very special day. The chosen cars were a vision to behold looking like something out of a 1930 Hollywood film, they certainly had the wow factor! We now have so many beautiful photographs becouse the drivers were so accommodating placing the cars in just the right position to gain the best shot; nothing was to much trouble!!

Aristocars = superb! My daughter married on 26th April 2009. Not only was the wedding car absolutely fabulous (stunning and immaculate inside) but the chauffeur saved the day for us. It seemed like a catastrophe when the zip on one of the bridesmaid's dresses broke at the last minute and our timing plan was scuppered. The plan was for the wedding car to do 2 trips and we had dropped our cars at Greenwoods as we were all staying there. We were completely dependent upon Aristocar's driver to get us to Crondon Park. He stayed utterly calm and smiley, despite the delay, he got the bridesmaids there in record time and returned for the bride. He radioed ahead to the venue (in the rush we did not think to inform them), which ensured the registrars did not leave and he reassured my daughter throughout the journey. Not only that, my daughter's stepmother needed assistance to get in and out of the car, having just had an operation, and he was so helpful and caring to her. He was the hero of the day for us - things could have been so much different if he had not been so efficient, kind and caring. Aristocars were utterley professional and the customer service was exceptional. I really don't understand how this company could get a negative review.
