Good Points: Quality through and through.
Bad Points: Factory sights are crude.
General comments: The Browning BL-22 .22 lever action rifle is one of the best .22s on the market. Mine is a Japanese made version of the Browning, equal in every way to the Belgium made guns. You will not find a slicker, more enjoyable .22 rifle than the Browning. The quality of this gun is apparent in the smooth action and ease of loading.
This is the perfect gun for the beginning shooter. I teach new shooters in the USA and the Browning is preferred by them over the Ruger 10/22. It is simply a "cool" little gun.
