    Good Points: List unique issues, actions, bugs or change requests. Assistance with following the resolution process as defined by the users. Quick editing capabilities. Ability to archive and un-archive records as needed. Maintain a communication thread for each unique record entered. Create printable reports of each requested record.


    Bad Points: The tool is somewhat trust dependent because it does not offer password security for all changes. However, the communication stream associated with submitted items is secure.


    General comments: The 20s Change Coordinator tool is a quality low cost alternative to assist with managing issues, action items, bugs, and/or change requests. It integrates easily and has a straight forward user interface. We created an individual file per product and was able to effectively manage the testing process for our remotely located team members.
