Good Points: Re problem Dora. We had quick reply by phone from Mattel, apologizing for the non performance of doll and told they would not be able to replace as it was a summer line no longer in production but they would send a replacement.
Bad Points: none
General comments: two days after phone call the new doll (sparkle and twirl) arrived.
the service we received was fantastic and I would recommend anyone with problems to contact Mattel they have given me faith in the company, at no point did they ask for the dress and dance Dora to be returned though we did offer.
I now have an over the moon Granddaughter Thank you C Whitfield Mattel customer relations .

I have emailed Mattel asking for help to either replace or make adjustments to the Dress and Dance-Dora the Explorer doll. I will keep you informed on any correspondence I make or receive.
