    Good Points: Ease of use.
    No fuss interface.


    Bad Points: Possible registration problems, but very quick and helpful support.


    General comments: I purchased and downloaded the DVD Cloner III CD & DVD burning software. It installed first time on my laptop, but I had a small glitch installing it on my desktop. I emailed their support and received an answer and a solution within 1 hour. Fantastic support!

    The software does exactly what it is supposed to do. I have backed up all of my children's DVD's onto DVD-R with no noticeable loss of quality, and I have backed up Lord of the Rings 1, 2 & 3 on DVD Ram. Each burn takes about 1 hour.

    It is a top product and worth every cent. The only thing I could possibly suggest to others having issues is that these types of products work best with faster systems. Both my computers have 1Gb of memory, and both have fairly fast processors.
