The LG KG800 has a dreadful battery life. Standby OK, but can only make calls for five minutes.

With the LG KG800 it is good the way you can add a picture for each contact, helps when people have the same name. I found the touch pad can play up at times as can the photo viewing. It seemed the amount of memory isn't good and reception is poor. It gets broken and chipped quite easily and scratched very easily. I wouldn't recommend it, it's not good for it's money but for £10 it is good though.- Read Guest's review (79 words)

I have had 2 of the LG KG800 phones. My first one was an a lilac one which i bought because i knew i could change the housing. i bought the housing but i couldn't get the screws out of the back. Then my friend gave me his one (a wine red one) and i successfully changed the housing. It is now a mix of wine red and electric blue :D the phone itself is AMAZING!! excellent sound quality and good camera. the only disadvantage is that there is no memory card slot. and for those people that complain ab ...- Read PhOnEaDdIcT's review (185 words)

Very nice looking phone, but undoubtedly the worst I've owned since my first Motorola house brick in the early 90's. I rarely if ever had a usable signal inside any building, and the phone, as an added bonus feature presumably, actually only notified me of approximately 1 in 5 missed calls.
Bluetooth is unusable with TomTom or as a wireless modem because LG have apparently messed with the standard just enough to render it entirely useless.
Battery life is laughable - I was unable to receive or ...- Read paulenew's review (178 words)

The LG KG800 is nice to look at phone but I think it breaks after about a year! Screen completely breaks when sliding up after about 5/6 months-cant text, cant actually see the screen. Cant use properly with gloves on.- Read Guest's review (44 words)

I have had the LG KG800 for 7 months now and has not caused me any problems. When I opened the box I thought WOW, the presentation of the box was amazing, I love the pouch that comes with this phone as it keeps it in good condition. Although this phone is prone to scratches I think that it is a well-built phone, the only major let-down by LG is that there is no memory slot to expand memory otherwise this is a perfect phone, would defiantly recommend. Brilliant!- Read adiliqbal's review (111 words)
