Good Points: Good screen good for texting nice touch pads not bad camera changeable housing good sound quality
Bad Points: Not enough memory, no memory card slot, touchpads are a fingerprint magnet, very easily scratched
General comments: I have had 2 of the LG KG800 phones. My first one was an a lilac one which i bought because i knew i could change the housing. i bought the housing but i couldn't get the screws out of the back. Then my friend gave me his one (a wine red one) and i successfully changed the housing. It is now a mix of wine red and electric blue :D the phone itself is AMAZING!! excellent sound quality and good camera. the only disadvantage is that there is no memory card slot. and for those people that complain about signal it must be your area. i get full signal at my house the only thing I don't like is that i get no signal in my school...ah well you cant win everything...but overall, one of the best phones i have ever had it even draws with my Nokia N95 and LG Viewty!

Very nice looking phone, but undoubtedly the worst I've owned since my first Motorola house brick in the early 90's. I rarely if ever had a usable signal inside any building, and the phone, as an added bonus feature presumably, actually only notified me of approximately 1 in 5 missed calls.
Bluetooth is unusable with TomTom or as a wireless modem because LG have apparently messed with the standard just enough to render it entirely useless.
Battery life is laughable - I was unable to receive or ...

If you use your phone to make phone calls rather than playing games or Texting then don,t bother.

The LG KG800 is nice to look at phone but I think it breaks after about a year! Screen completely breaks when sliding up after about 5/6 months-cant text, cant actually see the screen. Cant use properly with gloves on.

The screen on the LG KG800, though overall good to begin with, died within 5 months.

I have had the LG KG800 for 7 months now and has not caused me any problems. When I opened the box I thought WOW, the presentation of the box was amazing, I love the pouch that comes with this phone as it keeps it in good condition. Although this phone is prone to scratches I think that it is a well-built phone, the only major let-down by LG is that there is no memory slot to expand memory otherwise this is a perfect phone, would defiantly recommend. Brilliant!
