We are a family of 5 with 2 adults and 2 teenage boys visiting from the uk. This attraction was expensive and set on a huge plot so you get a bus to different scaffold towers to see other scaffold towers on the horizon. The last hanger with the rocket was impressive due to it's size but we were rather bored overall. (read more)

If you can (and if they restart), make sure you try to watch a launch. You will never, never forget it - stunning. (read more)

We visited Kennedy Space Center as part of our family trip to Disney (Feb 2004). It costs us $135 for a family of 4 which afterwards we realised was not worth the money. We went off peak and still had to queue 20 minutes to board the buses that take you out to the 2 visitor centers. There is a lot to see and it's amazing to think the shuttle you see was actually in space. It's also great to get the opportunity to touch moon rock. But on the other hand it's like wandering around a museum.... (read more)
