Overall it is a great bass for the money. Solid. Never goes out of tune. Sunburst is beautiful. Great finish. I had to adjust the bridge slightly to my own liking, but other than that, it was well set up. I also put slinky's on it. Overall, well worth the $279 american. (read more)

The Epiphone Thunderbird IV bass guitar looks good, and it sounds good with every amp I've used with it. The reverse body makes playing the 15th fret and lower a bit difficult. It comes with neck dive (I put a new strap pin in where they come on a Gibson, and now it's fine).

It is a brilliant bass. Go and buy one, especially if you want to put some new pickups in it. (read more)
